We have service dogs and the staff was threatening us that they were not expecting pets and they couldn't give us the hotel room and being rude but I had them look up the ada laws and they ended up giving us the room.

Do not rent from this hotel. I had a reservation that was denied when I got to the counter because I had an Alaskan ID (I recently moved). We got harassed at the front door by drunk hotel guest as we were trying to find another hotel at 2:30AM. Do not book this hotel even for a place to sleep.. you will be disappointed.
