Used to be my favorite family friendly hotel but they removed the hot tub and now the dining room for breakfast is freezing! Will look around for our next stay

Room was clean with comfortable beds. We booked the hotel for a staycation to allow the kids to swim. We were disappointed when we learned that the hot tub that is in the pictures of the hotel is no longer there. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was kept well stocked.

Staff was friendly and it was very clean. There was a pool but no hot tub as advertised and shown in the pictures on Travelocity and the hotel’s website. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known since the pool and hot tub were a priority for us. If that doesn’t matter for you it’s a great place to stay.

Had a one night stay which we enjoyed, but after we left we noticed our son left his jacket and tried calling to see if we can pick it up but was told housekeeping was in a meeting and they'd call us back. We never got a call back and a day or 2 later we called again and was told it was there, i told them it was between the couch and wall.

Stayed on the first floor. You could hear people walking in their rooms above you. Around 12 uber ride to downtown. Wished we stayed closer. Front desk very pleasant no complaints. Continental breakfast just like any others. Ok stay nothing special.
