Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly & helpful. At one point in the evening after being out of the room for dinner we noticed the heat was not working correctly. Contacted the front desk & they had a maintenance man to our room within minutes. He fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes!! Staff all around were very wonderful!

Safe, comfortable, and so convenient to the airport. My flight came in really late, and the check-in went very smoothly. The lobby was large but cozy, and my room was perfect. Breakfast at the Flying Machine was included and was one of the best Hotel Breakfasts that I've ever had. I definitely will stay again on my next overnight stay in Anchorage.

My shower did not work, I did not get internet service, front desk staff did not offer to move me to another room, plus I got woken up at 8:00 am to clean the room even though I did an electronic check out time at 10 am .
