They cut back shuttle service to every hour. I had to ask for my free breakfast coupon When I wanted to buy a drink for my room, I had to wait for an "escort" to take me to my room ??? The room with the heat off was way too warm. I tried opening the window but the street noise was intolerable. The A/c was covered by the blackout curtains with no privacy curtains. My choice of bright lights and no privacy or too much heat. TV didn't work and I had to wait for maintenance to fix it.

This hotel has a prime location on Hood Lake but it is very run down, rooms smell of wet carpet and the staff is very uncaring. We booked a king suite and when we checked in they said they didn’t have any and that booking a specific room is only a request, even though we paid more for that room and were put in a lesser room. I have stayed here many times over the years and it has gone downhill. We won’t be staying again.
