We stayed for one night, for an event nearby. We checked in after hours and left first thing the next morning, so we didn't see any staff - but they were helpful enough to call and explain the after hours check in process, which was very much appreciated.
The cabin itself was very basic. We were a little cold in the night and would've appreciated some extra bed linens, rather than needing to run a noisy electric heater all night (hence the lower "environmental" rating here). It's February. People are going to get cold in the night. Not providing extra blankets seems mean…
The listing didn't make clear that the cabins are duplex units. It wasn't an issue, as there was no one in the adjoining unit, but if it had been a family with kids, or a bunch of people staying next door, and if we'd been staying longer, it could well have been.
Finally, it rained all night we were there. Nothing the park can do about that, of course, but no doormats meant it was impossible not to walk dirt in from outside.
