Rooms very tired and dirty
Hotel from receiotiijnkooks very nice, room was very old and could have done with a good clean, as was very dirty. Reception very slow, huge queue and only 1 person for check out. Don’t get excited by the Tesla destination, only the home slow charger and two of them, but as soon as you have a car in them they are there all night, was a nightmare trying to find someplace to charge. Stayed In a few hotels in Andorra, and this would be the last one I would stay in now.

Nice hotel centrally located
The room was okay but it's beginning to show some age. It's allegedly a five star but my opinion is that is more like 4 stars. The front desk persons were amazing and helpful. It is centrally located and within walking distance of anything in the center of town. We had no issues with the wi-fi and the parking garage was pretty convenient. I would stay again.

We love our stay. The hotel is very well located close to all attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast was good to start the day with great variety to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Creo que 5 estrellas es un poco pasarse para tal y como está el hotel, hay infraestructuras con cierto tiempo y que necesitan renovación, pero en general estoy conforme con el hotel. Las camas lo mejor de todo!

Excellent hotel with very nice staff. The room was spatious with a very comfortable bed. Garage in the lower floor of the building. The breakfast was outstanding, great variety, excellent prepared and very tasty!

Estancia en hotel con spa
El hotel muy bien, limpieza y atención muy bien. Mejoraría la atención en cafetería y sobretodo el spa, cuando vas con niños parece una piscina ruidosa y no un lugar dónde desconectar
