Everything was great! Staff is super friendly and the hotel is extremely clean! Beautiful pool, fire pit, lounge and games area outside ! Breakfast did have too many options but the kids loved the pancake machine!

Underwhelming
Hotel looked nice at first sight. The room had a sofa bed but no sheets for it. When i called the front desk , they told me I'd have to come down to get them. Ok. Then when downstairs, asked for an extra 2 towels, apparently laundry was being done, and was told i could ask in the am. It was late so i also understood probably the lack of staff. Room was spacious with lots of amenities, but we found several dirty things on the floor (rocks, piece of chewed hard candy, etc), and sofa bed (many crumbs under the cushions. Impresión was that there was no attention to detail with cleaning. Called in the am for towels and was told they'd be brought to room by housekeeping. They never showed up. Breakfast was nice, but we left totally underwhelmed by this hotel.

Staff was very slow and with two people at the counter, they made my check in terrible. First they assigned me the wrong room and then the card did not work. But overall not a bad place to stay if traveling.

Saw bugs sticking out of the room beside us for a few days. It smelled of fish when we got there and it was nauseating. We had to air out our room. The room was nice and spacious. We did see some bugs in our room too. It would have been nice to get fresh towels.
