The light-flooded "3 Weger" is located in the idyllic village of Andrian, protected by the local mountain "Gantkofel", in a beautiful natural landscape on the banks of the Adige River. The modern furnished vacation apartment has a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate a total of 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite/cable TV. The accommodation has a beautiful balcony and through the windows you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the apple orchards and mountains. Andrian is located between Merano and Bolzano on the South Tyrolean Wine Road and is the ideal starting point to discover South Tyrol. Several restaurants and a café are within walking distance of 10-15 minutes (500 m - 1.2 km). You can also reach a small supermarket within an 8-minute walk (650 m). A local bakery is located 3 km away (6 minutes by car). In just 20 minutes by car (22 km) you can reach the beautiful spa town of Merano (Meran) with its medieval old town and many many stores. Also Bolzano (Bozen) with its countless cultural highlights is only 15 minutes away by car (15 km).

Falsche Beschreibung!
Wir haben eine Wohnung für drei Personen mit Balkon gemietet - vor Ort kam dann die Ernüchterung: „Küche“ mit Essgelegenheit für zwei Personen, kein Balkon und keine Sitzgelegenheit (es war ein Sofa angekündigt). Als wir den Vermieter darauf ansprachen, war seine Antwort, dass man sich mit der Vermietungsagentur in Verbindung setzen solle und er habe „gerade“ mit dieser gesprochen - Inserat wurde dann auch schnell geändert, leider aber hatten wir dann das Pech - für den Preis mehr als ärgerlich - abschließend sollten wir noch einmal zusätzlich für den Hund zahlen - dies war aber bereits mit dem Gesamtpreis abgegolten. Zudem ist die Ausstattung sehr dürftig! Kein Wasserkocher, kein Backofen, kein Toaster… auch dies wurde mit „Ich esse immer dunkles Brot“ abgetan - und „wer trinkt schon Tee?“ Die Umgebung ist aber sehr schön!

Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen!
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Andrian umgeben von Apfel- und Traubenfeldern. Zum Ortskern waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch die in Andrian beginnenden Wanderwege waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zu Bozen und Meran machen Tagesausflüge sehr gut möglich. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen plus Hund ausreichend. Sie war funktional ausgestattet.
