The large front covered deck has magnificent views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains featuring Wheeler Peak. The back deck has views of the forest and private hiking, snowshoeing, ATV, and snow mobile trails. The property is abundant with wildlife including Eagles, Elk, Mule Deer, and Turkey. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps up to 10. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Gas fireplace. Covered large front deck has spectacular views, deck furniture and a gas fire pit for you to enjoy listening to the bugling of elk! A true private sanctuary to get away and enjoy mountain adventures. Close to rivers and lakes for fly fishing, boating, horse back riding and many other outdoor activities. Free half day fly fishing trip, all inclusive, for those who book 5+ nights.
