This place felt like a silent hub central to everywhere I needed to go within Pampanga. They even have a partnership with a driving company in which I thought was also great. The area is also surrounded by other restos, night life scenes like karaoke, hookah lounges and not too far from the major malls like SM Clark, Robinsons and Ayala. I am also a fan of mass transit so things like jeepneys and buses were around, but also the simple things like trikes and cabs (preferably Grab). This establishment also far exceeded other BW locations I’ve visited in the US and it’s safe to say this has been the best BW location I’ve spent time in. Definitely A on my end. Thank you!

I don’t know why this property is rated below 4 star. This property is way nicer, cleaner, newer and modern than many other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property is really nice and in clean shape. Lodging is similar to high end western hotel standards. Restaurants were nice and theres a driving range that give free hour use for guests!

There’s a lot of people at the desk, makes it chaotic, some are probably training, but it impedes service. My check in guy was pleasant and presentable, however, he forgot to tell me or show me the “ other” elevator to use for my room (628) that is because of the chaotic atmosphere at the desk. I was at the lobby around 11pm waiting for my friend to pick me up for a night out, I asked the front desk agent ( younger lady) if I can have a cup of hot water for my tea, I brought my own, she said ( I will let house keeping know about it) it took 25 minutes no hot water, I went to the desk and asked what happened to my hot water, she then said, ohh hold on it’s somewhere here, lol then the guy brought out tea bags, I said I wanted hot water only, not tea, sometimes if you just take a minute to listen instead of jumping in assumption’s, service will be smooth and proper. Time is wealth, don’t waste others time and yours.
