This former farmhouse near Anghiari (4 km) is now a cozy vacation home in a romantic hillside location, surrounded by olive groves. On the first floor you enter from two sides into the central kitchen-living room; a short staircase leads to a tastefully furnished living room with fireplace; from the living room you enter all three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In front of the eat-in kitchen is a terrace with pergola and barbecue, where you can enjoy the evening sun. In front of the sitting area is a private garden area. The large natural plot on which the cottage is located is shared with the owner, who occupies a separate house. In another outbuilding there is a large playroom, where especially young guests can have fun even on rainy days. A typical Tuscan vacation home, ideal for relaxing, hiking, biking and swimming in the nearby Tiber (4 km). Anghiari with stores, bars, trattorias and a colorful weekly market 4 km. Arezzo 35 km, Sansepolcro 10 km, the mountain monastery La Verna 30 km.
