Charming, quiet house with a large, pleasant exterior for enjoying a meal with the family, very well located a few steps from the city center and the shopping center and a 10-minute drive from the ocean.
You will enjoy a large, renovated living room with the old character that the house has.
The latter opens onto a large, newly equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals.
Then on the ground floor you will find three large bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms.
And upstairs, up a magnificent original staircase, you will also find two further bedrooms with a separate bathroom.
It's a magnificent house to spend a pleasant vacation!
No accessible garage, but several parking spaces right in front of the house.
End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
