Se não fosse a péssima qualidade das camas e a baixa manutenção em geral. O local é paradisíaco e valeu muito pelo visual.

O local é ótimo, lindo e aconchegante. Não gostei da acomodação dessa vez. Sempre fiquei em frente ao lago. A faxineira de 18/12, foi indelicada com minha esposa, aparentemente trabalhava contrariada. O Edmar e demais colaboradores são excelentes.

Atendimento na recepção a desejar Quartos antigos, tivemos que trocar por causa de mofo O lugar das refeições baixo padrão, barulhento, com mais pessoas que comporta. Quarto sem acústica nenhuma, ouvíamos tudo e todos.

Bom atendimento.
Atendimento em modo geral excelente, acima das expectativas. Comida mta boa, a praia privativa e excelente para curtir com as crianças, as piscinas excelente. O que precisa melhorar são os colchões, que são desconfortáveis. E o que chateou foi que cortaram as gramas e as formidas invadariam o carro , muita formiga mesmo, acredito que poderiam ter avisado e mudado o carro de lugar, para evitar este transtorno.

Excelente opção para quem busca lazer. Estrutura de lazer excelente, quarto muito bom. Espaço muito bem cuidado e bonito. Destaque para os gramados muito bem cuidados… estrutura da praia excelente . Acho que poderia ter mais opções no café da manhã. Nós pegamos a janta a la carte devido à baixa ocupação e não foi muito boa. Pegamos um dia de buffet self service e foi melhor. Destaque para as sobremesas. Pudim e petit gateau divinos. De maneira geral hotel muito bom… combinando natureza, ótima estrutura e lazer. Superou minhas expectativas.

Se você tem um carro elétrico não vá!
A infraestrutura é incrível, mas precisa melhorar a manutenção dos espaços que são ótimos, mas já denunciam a idade. Uma coisa que chamou minha atenção é que por se tratar de du "ECO" Resort, falta infraestrutura para carros elétricos.
