TERRIBLE hotel!!! This hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Upon walking in we were overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana. The front desk clerk was not hospitable. The only thing he said was, “ID” and mumbled our room number without even looking up. I had to look on the card to see our room because he was so inaudible. Maybe we bothered his smoke break since he had to stop smoking outside the front door to check us in. I signed paperwork saying we wouldn’t smoke in the hotel which was fine since we don’t smoke. However, the front part of the hotel smelled like weed and the back end smelled like cigarette smoke. As we walked further back towards our room the hotel condition became worse. There was debris on the ground and it was very poorly lit inside. When we got to our room I thought it was occupied because I heard noises from inside the room. After knocking with no answer we entered and saw the TV on at a loud volume. The room was dirty and needed a deep clean. Under the bed was pop bottles, a lotion bottle, Cheetos, food wrappers, and other trash!! We got in around 9:30pm and I was so tired that we decided to stay. If it had been earlier in the evening we would have left. It looked like there was only a sheet on the bed, but when I pulled the sheet back there was an old thin/scratchy brown blanket. There was no sheet between the gross blanket and bed. We slept in our clothes and got out of there without eating breakfast. Horrible!

There are no personnel at the desk, when arrive he was extremely rude cursing me. I told him the room was extremely dirty and bathroom was clean. I had to spray with disinfectant on the bed. The front desk stated that I was no longer a customer and I should get out and bye. When I told him that my check time is 11am and I was trying to explain to him the condition at 8 am. The hallway was full of garbage. Leaf all around inside the hotel compound. I man walking up and down the hall smoking and shouting. When I asked the front desk man for his name so I could make a complaint, he said my name is the Checkout Man. He then walk out and out in the parking lot on his phone and smoking for extended periods. I will NEVER stay at your hotel chain ever again. I will be calling to check out hotel standards because this is just unacceptable and I have never experience such nasty place and rude workers.

I will never ever stay there again. Toilet backed up after water was shut off without notice. I couldnt call the front desk because the phone was out of service. I told front desk about the toilet on my way out the door. I came back 7 hours later it still wasnt fixed. Finally got a maintenance guy who has a major attitude problem.No cover for the bed. Had an ironing board but no iron. My personal favorite.. had an ice bucket but no cups to pour drinks into. Everything about the place was seriously lacking Again ill never go back again .

The plumbing was horrible. We stayed for one night, so didn't know until morning that the water would not go down in the shower. The room itself was dirty and the telepone line was pulled from the wall.

Where do I begin?! The mold smell hits as soon as you enter the lobby. It gets worse once you are in your room. The smell causes the lungs to burn for clean air within minutes. Water stains on the carpet, bathroom door didn't close because it was hanging on loose hinges, mold in shower, the extra door security to keep the door from being forced open--broken off. There was only sheets on the bed, had to ask for blankets. This place should NOT be in business. It would have endangered our health to stay here. We had to check back out within an hour of checking in. Please do not make the same mistake we did by booking here!!

Way below expectations: no glass to use to brush teeth, no Kleenex, no waste paper basket, no coffee in the room, pool was supposed to be open at 10, didn’t get it open until 10:20, no hot coffee or food when we got to breakfast, had to run outside in the rain to get to the pool, no elevator. Worst hotel I ever stayed in and I do not typically complain about things.

This was a terrible experience. I checked into my room and when I used the key to open the door there was a person inside the room. It smelled awful. I felt like I was being followed in the parking lot and tried to not over react, but it soon became apparent that it was unsafe to be there.

As soon as I walked into the lobby I was completely disgusted. Old, dirty, rooms with outside doors, etc. I asked for an inside hallway room. I was booked for two nights. I had some trouble opening the door, but then IT WOULD NOT CLOSE. I slammed it a few times trying to close it, which made the man across the hall come out to see the noise. I apologized for disturbing him. I felt uncomfortable that he saw me and knew that I was traveling alone. I also noticed that the room has a sliding glass door leading to outside, which made me feel quite unsafe. The room was filthy. I tried to make it work, but I decided at that point that I could not stay there. I made arrangements for another hotel for that night. I returned to the desk, gave them my keys, told them about the door problem, and asked for a refund. I will contact Hotels.com and the hotel management about the refund. This property is AWFUL.

My doors didn't have locks (aside from the room key lock). Slider door, no lock. Bed, no blanket. Room for two, 1 towel. Broken phone and TV. Crumbs on floor in room. Last guests room keys still in room. No trash bags in bathroom can. Lady at the dest had to use a map to figure out where in her building my room was, then sent me to both the wrong wing and wrong floor. All electronics tied to one switch by the door. Lights, fridge and microwave. With the switch off, lost the microwave and fridge. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Bed had 4 pillows. Cheapest room still has a fridge and microwave. Sheets and towels were clean and smelled fresh.

DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. Very disgusting. We turned around and checked right back out. They would not give refund. Three other couples were standing outside experiencing the same issues. Didn't know when they could get someone out to repair toilet.

The patio screen doors are off to the side not intact. The mold and/mildew is definitely in the walls and ceiling. It seems they tried to refurbish a little but if we stayed in that room for more than an hour I would definitely be sick. I left was charged for the day and $15 for my pet to be there for an hour. Pictures are very deceiving!
