The hotel check-in was nice. The man behind the counter wasn't pleasant. They gave us an adjoining room. This was not goid. We heard the people talking, taking showers and flushing the toilet. It was very noisy.

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent and was exactly what I needed. The room was decent and clean. Only problem, and it’s a very specific one. The room was very stuffy. I have pretty bad allergies and I woke up feeling pretty bad the morning after sleeping in the room. Also the walls are paper thin youll hear everything going on in the hotel.

This was a quick overnight stay to see my son at college. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The noon checkout time was a nice perk. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

We were able to check in early. My daughter just had surgery at U of M and we reserved a handicapped room. Front desk was amazing and continued to be amazing after the shift change.

Great for a short trip

I booked the Hotel for an upcoming surgery. The beds were supportive, the pillows were comfortable, though had varying degrees of squish/support. Everything was clean and looked/felt fresh. The only downside was we couldn't get the smart tv to connect to the wifi, and the walls were rather thin, so you're going to hear your neighbors talk, laugh, caugh and listen to sports.
