Perfect stay in beautiful A2 neighborhood
We stayed for a football game weekend. The carriage house is located in a beautiful, lush Ann Arbor neighborhood, walking distance from campus and the big house. Easy check in and lovely little property that had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant, easy, comfortable, basic experience
No surprises, positive or negative. Quiet neighborhood provided a nice location with easy access to all our U of M and Ann Arbor activities. My granddaughter and I were comfortable, felt safe during our 4-day stay and would gladly return for another stay. The addition of a kitchen sink to the kitchenette would be a very welcomed addition to this property.

Cute loft in beautiful neighborhood
The loft is adorable in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the University of Michigan campus. The loft was neat and clean with just about everything we needed (a couple of wine glasses would have been an added bonus). The bathroom had an amazing large shower with awesome water pressure. Note that there is not an actual kitchen, but there was the convenience of a microwave, coffee pot, and small refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable. There was a neighborhood power outage due to high winds when we checked in, but property management was very responsive giving us regular updates. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little studio!
This is the 2nd time this school year I’ve stayed in this adorable studio. It’s basically a renovated upper level of a detached carriage house, in a gorgeous area of AA (Burns Park.) If you enjoy large, older homes on tree-lined streets, this is the neighborhood for you! My son lives in a fraternity house literally right around the corner, so I just left my car parked here and walked to his place / campus / restaurants / bars etc. I even felt very safe walking back from his place at night. This place is SO clean (everything feels brand new.) Plus it has a cute kitchenette, tons of windows, and features a charming view of the main house’s backyard. Easy street parking as well. The mgmt company was super responsive too, when I texted them on my day of arrival. Highly recommend!

Met all of my needs. Very comfy bed. Only downside is no kitchen sink and all utensils are disposable. I didn't like being so wasteful when I ate.

Charming studio in a lovely neighborhood
We had a great stay in this little carriage house studio! VERY clean, and all the homey touches you would want in a vrbo. Charming neighborhood and easy walk if you want to stroll over and enjoy Burns Park. No ‘official’ parking spot but totally easy to park on the street out front. Highly recommend!
