I found a old dead mouse inside my hotel room under a pillow. Beyond upset management refuses to do anything about it.

It was the cheapest hotel in the area and i was staying 2 nights. They were improving the hotel, however they seemed to be only fixing or replacing what didn't work anymore. A worker was smoking cigars out side because there is no smoking in the rooms. God awful. More like a motel than a hotel. Maybe it is a motel. Next time i will drive out of Ann Arbor for a good hotel I can afford

Everything was great at the property with the exception of the VERY loud air conditioner. It was impossible to sleep with the unit running so it got too warm in the room which also made it difficult to sleep.

It was work related . Placed in the back where maintenance and laundry is . And couldn’t get a good sleep during the day with the noise . Loud music from other patrons sitting in vehicles

The property is very accessible but like other Red Roof properties, its a bit cheap looking. Access to my plans was easy and affordable. However, because i stayed 1 night alone and just slept, i expected my deposit back as i wad told but never received it.
