The property was very tired. The sheets were low quality. They had great transportation to the Michigan game. That was the reason for the choice.

We stayed at the hotel for a football game so the price was high. The hotel is in desperate need of updating. Our room had peeling paint, mold on bathroom ceiling, dirty & stained carpet, noisy ac unit and no exterior window. Would not choose to stay again.

I felt like I was walking into a haunted hallway.... ceiling peeling off in main hallway areas. Shower head was coming off the wall and there was water squirting up on the ceiling. The front desk person was on the phone with her mother and had AirPods in. She was talking to her and told her to hold on after I had been at the desk for a few minutes instead of hanging up the phone and assisting me. I was disappointed in this hotel. I got in at 8:30 PM and needed to eat. I was told the restaurant shut down early. I had to leave after driving 9 hours and go out instead. The last thing I wanted to do after driving 10 hours. Stay next door in the Hampton if you have to stay in the area.

Staff were great. Bed wasvery good but AC didnt work. Tub drain wasclogged. Obvious signs of past leaks and things needing to be fixed. Hot breakfast very good. No outside windows in room. Hot tub was only warm.

Upon arrival, the smell of chlorine is overwhelming. "They couldn't possibly have put a pool in the middle of the hotel -" yes they put a pool in the middle of the hotel. Everything smells like the pool. It has the feel of a motel that someone decided to put a roof over. Also, there was nobody at the front desk for several minutes. Apparently going out of my way to find the front desk person and asking if someone was coming to the front desk makes ME the rude person who does not thereafter deserve a "hello."

As far as the employees our experience was great. The room was very expensive because it was a home football game. The room was not at all worth the price we paid. Smelled of old cigarette smoke.

For an one night stop was very good

Cheap but not cheap enough
To say outdated is to say nothing. Room had spiderwebs in it, damaged walls and furniture. Mattress was ok. I would question the freshness of the sheets though. The cord from coffee machine was too short to plug it without moving to the floor. Remote did not work properly. Constant noise from the road. Ac worked ok- quiet and efficient.
