The property was very tired. The sheets were low quality. They had great transportation to the Michigan game. That was the reason for the choice.

After reading all the negative reviews out there, I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The air/heat in the room worked fine. We had a king tower room facing the highway and it wasn't too noisy with the window closed. The free breakfast is amazing with alot of options. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and they were the appropriate temperatures. The staff was helpful and nice. If you're considering this hotel, go ahead and book it instead of listening to all of the complainers out there!

There was a lot of ambient noise as this property is just off major road traffic. While clean, it feels like it could use some updating. It is a bit of a hike to other areas, however, the bus system is very good in Ann Arbor.

I would stay here again because I really liked the bed, but the bathroom was a little grimy. I would only stay in the tower part but next time I don’t wanna stay on the highway side.

Honestly - this hotel is unstayable. It was in desperate need of a renovation 15 years ago, and it still has not been done. It’s dirty. There is no housekeeping or new towels during the stay, the amenities are mostly broken. The floors are cold, dank old tiles with mold stains. The toilets are covered in permanent stains and scratches. There is no service and it is understaffed. And it is not a penny cheaper than its competition that is much better. I have to believe it is operating beneath Wyndham standards. Other than that it’s great.

There was an inch gap under the door that would allow anyone to insert a cell phone and record activities inside the room. I stuffed a towel under the door and it could be seen easily on the outside. The bathroom light/fan was very loud. The entire size was extremely small. Bathroom door had to be slammed to close. The "patio" area is a table and chairs set outside the room in the hallway.

Our room smelled terrible and like it was a smoking room. We asked to change rooms and they moved us to a room with no working phone, tv, or AC. When we asked to get the AC fixed, they said no one from maintenance was working until later that afternoon and no one came to fix it regardless. The rooms were dirty and despite the sheets looking clean, my husband now has a rash covering his whole body that he thinks might be from bed bugs.

They advertise with a gym, but they have an empty room with a sign on the door that says “Gym”. They tell you to use the gym at the near by hotel. They allow guests to smoke/vape in their rooms, which the smoke will flow into your room. Some rooms have a strong lingering cigarette or other smoking “stuff”. Which they will just spray a deodorizer and have you move rooms. This hotel looks and feels like a run down motel.
