You can’t imagine anyone not falling in love with the exquisite "Chillifish" - a peaceful gem, decorated with the utmost attention to details and surrounded by a garden full of palm trees, bromeliads and roses.

Located just a short walk to the beach, this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage has all the amenities to make your stay an enjoyable one. The master bedroom, with a king bed, has a spa-inspired private bathroom. A guest room is furnished with a queen bed and has views of the garden. Another guest bedroom is just down the hall and is furnished with twin beds. The great room is breezy, airy, and easy with a streaming TV and comfy furniture. The kitchen is sparkling.

**The garage is not available for guest use.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Amazing stay
This home was fabulous. This perfectly located home had PLENTY of room for our family of 5. It is a block from shopping, two blocks from the pier, and a few blocks to the beach. The backyard had so much privacy. The garage was fabulous to store beach items and the golf cart. We loved the seating both in the front of the home and back. Pictures online need to be updated..love the new table and chairs and kitchen looks fabulous!

A great spot allowing for easy walks to the waterfront, piers, and beach. Private and relaxing retreat. Management did where great with our last minute check in request. Would stay here again.

Great house!
We enjoyed our time at this home. The house is as pictured and what we expected after reading other reviews. It was clean and comfortable. I had some questions before booking and they were answered quickly and professionally. The day of check in we received a text that we could get in early, which is always appreciated. We came with a 3 and 5 year old. Most days we would spend the mornings at the beach (a 7-8 minute walk), afternoons at the pool, and after dinner would walk to the bay (3 minute walk). Was concerned the distance from the beach would be a problem, but we didn’t mind because the fenced in back yard with beautiful pool was a nice change for the kids after spending hours jumping the waves. Overall I thought the value for money was spot on and would recommend it and return to it.

Perfect Location
Our family enjoyed being close to the beaches, shops, and restaurants! The backyard and pool was private and peaceful. The house had ample space, but could use some increased attention to details. Management was responsive when we had a challenge with the front door locking and was able to solve it promptly. Could use a mattress upgrade! Overall the backyard pool and location won us over!

Best Family Vacay House!
Our small family and mother in law stayed here for 4 nights and it made us want to move to the island! We stayed here during a Florida cold front and we were still able to use the outdoor pool! The house is very spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, comfy beds, and the location is perfect! There are so many restaurants, small boutiques, and the beach that are close by too! We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer! One thing to note to future guests, the cleaning crew will arrive at your door at 10am sharp on check out day so be ready to leave paradise. Haha We hope to be back in the future & thank everyone for making our stay special!

This house is perfect. Having an infant and a 6 year old, cleanness was very important to us and this house was spotless. It also had everything we needed, all sorts of kitchen items and an abundance of beach towels. The mattresses were comfortable and everything was just perfect. The house is just a few blocks from the beach, making it very easy (particularly when having an infant). The back of the house, where the pool is, felt like our own oasis, beautiful landscape and you can’t hear a thing. My only recommendation is to bring an extra pillow as each bed only has two pillows. For me this wasn’t a problem but my husband likes to have two for sleeping. Overall, highly recommend!

The house could use a little upkeep, there is no power outlet in master on-suite, the sink faucet needs water pressure and is not secure, kitchen sink faucet needs attention. A drying rack out by pool for swim suites and towels would be nice. Over-all could use a fresh coat of paint on walls. This property has plenty of room for spreading out and sleeps 6 very comfortable with privacy. A few more bath towels would be beneficial.

Perfect!
This property was exactly what we were looking for. Big enough but not too big, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was fantastic and super-private and the covered patio was a nice spot for lunch. The property manager was easy to work with and efficient. They even retrieved and sent a beloved necklace I'd left behind. We would absolutely stay here again and would have no hesitation about the property manager. Thanks!
