The living space includes a large sofa and tv for unwinding after splendid beach days and a fully equipped kitchen with unique cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen island seating.

In the main house, you’ll find a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination, a kid's room with two twin beds, and a hall bath with a shower and tub combo. The final bedroom offers the allure of a private suite, with a separate entrance from the front and access from both the pool and hallway. Adorned with stunning flooring, this room features a plush bed, a sleeper sofa, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, where you'll also find the washer and dryer conveniently tucked away.

I own a house on the northern side of the island. It’s under renovation, so I needed another place to stay. This house was as close as I can get and allowed me to do all the things I love in AMI. I obviously prefer my own home, but this house was just as advertised in a great spot.

Perfect Family Vacation Stay
Our stay was wonderful! The beach and park are right across the street. The house was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. It's open, clean and easy to reach out if anything is needed. We hope to be back next year.

Great Florida bungalow with great location close to the bay! However, I will be very careful not to rent any properties managed by AMI via VRBO or Expedia. While they replied quickly to messages about issues with the property, their continuous response was “I will send a technician out”, which required 2-3 days of reminders and prompting to address just one of the issues. Furthermore, I would caution renting this property (especially in the heat of summer), until you have confirmation that the air condition is functioning properly. While they sent out a technician the night of our complaint as it is considered “an after hours emergency”, his suggestion was to close some of the vents in the house to shuttle air to bedrooms …the follow up for this issue involved multiple calls to contact us to inform us that (2) other technicians were coming out over the subsequent days, which was then followed by another (outsourced) AC company visit, however, still with no improvement of temperature control. It seemed the AC is much too small for the property.

The property is quaint but the property was not kept up. The landscape in the back pool area was overgrown and didn’t allow us to enjoy the space to the fullest. There were several cockroaches in the home when we checked in and through out our stay. The floors were dirty and we could tell the home was not cleaned properly.

Nice house but there are much better ones in the island
AMI Locals was very accommodating and professional, location was OK but will choose a west beach side next time, the park across is not that great and very crowded, the property was nice but had some issues like the blender leaked, the floors were not very clean, the pool was dirty even after cleaning,

Great Birthday weekend!
Very nice stay. Super cute property and right across the street there is the bay. The large room was perfect for 4 girls. The only thing I would say is more fans and the beds to be a bit more comfortable. Super cute though!

Great location but needing work inside
Our family loved the location being right across from the playground/park and beach. It was also a close walk to shops and restaurants. The pool at the house was also great. We did feel like the house was lacking in the “clean” feeling and a personal touch/welcome. Cupboards were cluttered and dishes were not thoroughly cleaned.

Great location on north end of island. Short bike ride to Bean Point. Nice bay park across the street. Brough my Kayak and could carry it across the street to bay. Short bike ride to Pine Ave and shops. House was nice, quiet. Great family vacation for family of 6

Family Beach Getaway
Took the kids and grandchildren to the beach for the weekend. Perfect place for a three generations stay. Plenty of privacy and room for everyone. Park and walk to restaurants and full kitchen for breakfast in. Pool was great and across the streeycrom beach and playground.
