Welcome to Sea La Vie Beach House, a luxurious canal-front vacation home on Anna Maria Island, meticulously designed for comfort, style, and fun. Built in 2018, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property is perfect for families, friends, or groups seeking a memorable island retreat. From its stunning interior design to its outdoor oasis, every detail of this home has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Step into the open and airy living space featuring vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa, and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect gathering spot. The expansive kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances, a gas stove, double oven, wine cooler, and quartz countertops. The oversized kitchen island, with seating for four, and the dining table, with space for eight, make it easy to enjoy meals together. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony overlooking the sparkling pool and serene canal, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

All four bedrooms are located on the main floor, each offering its own private en-suite bathroom, TV, and luxurious design. The master suite features canal views, balcony access, a large walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet area. Two of the other bedrooms, one king and one queen, open to a front balcony, while the fourth queen bedroom is beautifully tucked away for added privacy. A half bath and a large laundry room with a washer and dryer complete the main living level.

Head downstairs to find a two-car garage and a bonus game room with a ping pong table, perfect for family fun. The ground-level outdoor living area is designed to entertain, with plenty of seating, a porch swing, a grill, an outdoor TV, and a propane-fueled tabletop firepit. Guest Requirements:
Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age, provide a copy of a valid ID, and be present throughout the entire stay.

Occupancy Limits:
The standard occupancy is two persons per standard bedroom. For additional occupants beyond this limit, a fee of $25 per person, per night, will be charged, up to the maximum allowable occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. As this property is located in a residential area, we ask that you respect our neighbors by maintaining a reasonable noise level both during the day and at night. Excessive or unreasonable noise may disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood and is not permitted.

Reservation Policies:
Reservations are typically for 7-night stays, Saturday to Saturday. However, we offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins and check-outs during most of the year, except for holidays and peak weeks. Please inquire before booking to confirm availability, as changes cannot always be accommodated after booking.

Cleaning and Safety:
All homes, including linens and towels, are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between guest stays according to industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding is provided upon check-in, based on home occupancy. Daily housekeeping and linen services are not included but are available upon request for an additional fee. For stays of 28 days or longer, a mid-stay clean is required and must be scheduled and paid for by the guest.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program, ensuring high-quality linens and towels are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest's stay. Please note that extra sets are not stored in the home.

Golf Cart Rentals:
Explore the island with ease! After booking, reserve a golf cart through our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, and enjoy an exclusive discount available only to our vacation rental guests.

Baby Equipment Rentals:
Baby equipment is not provided at the home for safety and sanitation purposes. However, we partner with local companies that offer rental services for baby items, including convenient pick-up and drop-off options. Details will be provided at the time of booking, or you may inquire directly for more information.

Pool and Spa (if any):
The pool is heated year-round at no extra charge for guest convenience, with temperatures maintained between 82-85°F to ensure proper chemical balance and cleanliness. Pool heaters and filters do not operate during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) per local noise ordinances. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures, especially with a 20°F or greater difference between air and water temperatures, may impact the pool heater's effectiveness.

The spa, when available, is a section of the pool that can provide relaxation, bubbles, and water temperatures in the high 90s to low 100s. However, it is not designed to function as a commercial hot tub and is not permitted to operate 24/7. Spas may be unavailable during summer months (June–September) to prevent overheating of the pool water, which could compromise chemical balances. Guests are prohibited from adjusting pool equipment; failure to comply may result in fines or liability for damages.

Guests are required to read and follow all posted rules, safety information, and operating instructions.

Property Security and Safety:
This home may be equipped with exterior cameras, such as Ring or Nest, positioned to monitor the front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exit areas of the backyard. These cameras are installed solely to enhance property security, monitor deliveries, and ensure occupancy limits are met. Cameras are not angled toward areas where privacy is expected or assumed.

PAYMENTS:
- 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
- 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date.
- Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking. We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of NOVEMBER 18, 2024.

For Reservations of 20 Days or Less:
Cancellations More Than 60 Days Before Arrival:
- If you cancel all or part of your reservation more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of your full deposit, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee that was originally assessed.

Cancellations 60 Days or Less Before Arrival:
- If you cancel all or part of your reservation 60 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, refunds will only be issued for the base rental rate and applicable taxes for nights we are able to rebook, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee.
- Please note: While we make every effort to rebook the property and issue refunds, we cannot guarantee that the property will be re-rented at the same rate or for the same number of nights originally reserved. For any nights that the property cannot be re-rented, as well as for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures, or alterations resulting in a loss of revenue, no refunds or price adjustments will be provided.

For Reservations of 21 Days or More:

- If you cancel all or part of your reservation between 180 and 90 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund equal to 25% of the base rental rate and applicable taxes, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee.

Cancellations 90 Days or Less Before Arrival:
- If you cancel all or part of your reservation 90 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, refunds will only be issued for the base rental rate and applicable taxes for nights we are able to rebook, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee.
- Please note: While we make every effort to rebook the property and issue refunds, we cannot guarantee that the property will be re-rented at the same rate or for the same number of nights originally reserved. Important Cancellation Policy Information:
The Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, changes in work or school schedules, or similar issues. Additionally, conditions such as weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental factors (e.g., red tide), construction, water quality, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Submitting a Cancellation Request:
- All cancellation requests must be initiated by the Registered Guest who booked the reservation.
- Requests must be submitted either through the website where the booking was made or in writing via email.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or from any party member other than the Registered Guest.

These policies are in place to ensure clear communication and a smooth process for all guests.

Travel Insurance:
- We continue to offer our U.S. Citizen guests (with the exception of residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly through us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their vacation investment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
- Please note that refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19-related cancellations, weather, or beach conditions that fall outside of our stated cancellation policy. Additionally, please be aware that hurricane season spans June 1st through November 30th, and Travel Insurance can help safeguard your plans during this period.

In the event the reservation dates fall within a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the reserved home, the unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or an inability for vacation rentals to operate due to an executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of the base rental rate, applicable fees (excluding the booking administration fee), and all applicable taxes without penalty.

Sea La Vie is a slice of island paradise! The home was immaculate with an amazing pool right on the water. Close enough to the beach for a quick golf cart ride but secluded enough to be private. Can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful home
This is a beautiful home in great location. Sun worshippers get great exposure from this home. My sister and her family stayed in a location nearby and come to Sea La Vie to visit due to lack of sun exposure from their vacation rental. Home has all the amenities you could want. A Keurig is available, important to note. The property management is quick to respond, even on the weekend. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!
We were very gratified that the online photos captured the striking beauty of this home! Our family loved the breathtaking view from the kitchen and family room and we loved the gorgeous open layout of the home. The only hiccup we experienced was an incorrect door lock code upon arrival, which was rectified in about two minutes after contacting the management company. Overall, a wonderful experience in a stellar home!

Incredible Canal Location & Amazing Pool!
We drove our boat via water from our Cape Coral home & left it tied up to the dock. This home has an incredibly convenient location, with quick boating access to all of the beautiful surrounding beaches. We also brought paddleboards from home and enjoyed up-close and personal dolphin encounters in the canal system. Our 5 year old daughter LIVED in the pool. The design of the pool was absolutely perfect for our family -- The table and shallow 'splash pad' /seating areas inside the pool provided a comfortable spot for every person in our party. The layout of the interior was beautiful. We had a great stay and would likely consider coming back. I do think updates are needed, though. It DEFINITELY NEEDS new bed linens (ESPECIALLY in the master bdrm) and all new pillows. We always look forward to the plush, comfy vacation beds, and this was a total let down. New TV's should be installed throughout - the master bedroom Roku TV was slower than dial up internet. Additional towels in each bathroom are needed (only 3 shower towels, 2 hand towels & 2 washcloths in master bath). The couch was comfortable to sit in, but the fabric was too rough to sit on. Also needs new pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking dishes and a new grill. Perfect house in paradise!
This house was absolutely perfect! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and it was just the right amount of space for us. The dock/ canal is great for keeping a boat. Location is awesome. We made great memories! Will be staying here again!!

Lovely home and location. Open space enjoyed by all. Kitchen well equipped for home cooked meals. Pool and jacuzzi well maintained. Convenient to use a rental golf cart to get around island for shopping, restaurants and to beach, as well as walking.

We had such an amazing stay here to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday with family. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the pool and amenities make each day feel like paradise. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Friends Get A Way
This house had it all! The kitchen had everything we needed to make the best cocktails and to prepare our meals (when we weren't enjoying the delicious local restaurants): plenty of cups, silverware, plates and top of the line oven and range. It also had plenty of space for all of us to hang out and eat/snack. The pool/hot tub area is designed perfectly! You can sit in the sun or hang out in the shade. There is a space to sit and play games/cards at a table in or out of the water! The hot tub/spa is large and heats up nicely. At night everything lights up and looks beautiful. We enjoyed watching the fish jump out of the water in the canal. The bedrooms are comfortable, decorated so nicely and each has their own ensuite. (The master is huge and a treat to stay in!) The management company is very attentive and answered any questions we had immediately. We enjoyed every minute of our time at Sea La Vie Beach House. Highly recommend!!

Spacious canal house
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea la Vie house. The 4 bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which was great for privacy. The living area had ample seating and the kitchen was large and well appointed. The pool and hot/tub were fantastic, and being able to dock our boat was great. One annoying thing is that the electrical downstairs was pretty weak. We rented two golfcarts and were not able to charge them at the same time because it would trip the breaker (and the breaker box was in the locked garage, so we had no access to it and would have to call management to send maintenance to reset it). It seems odd that a house of this size/quality is not able to charge two golfcarts at the same time. Also, for what we paid for this house, I would expect to be provided with extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, as well as toiletries, such as shampoo, lotion, etc., and more bath and beach towels. The location was nice, and though we wanted a house closer to the beach, we chose this house because it was on a canal and we were able to dock our boat. We were able to walk to the northeast end of Pine Avenue in less than 10 minutes and my husband would run to Bean Point every morning. The house has a ping pong table and some board games, as well as a gym room with 3 pairs of weights (20, 25, and 30 lb) and some strength bands. Overall, we really liked the house and the backyard. It was beautiful and spacious. The location was quiet and residential. I would recommend renting a golfcart to get around (just don't charge two at the same time).

Just a great house.!!
The house is everything as described . Great location was all the right amenities. We have rented some exclusive properties before but this house doesn't nickel and dime you. The beach chairs , umbrella's and coolers are included to make the stay more enjoyable. They even had a spare propane tank for the grill just in case it ran out.! Thank you for maintaining it so well.

This home is beautiful with comfortable, clean, updated furnishings. Beds are extremely comfortable! Tons of hangout space to enjoy, whether it’s beautiful weather or rainy and cold. We had a rainy, cold girls’ weekend and were grateful for the luxurious hot tub, fire table and outdoor tv - all under cover, as well as the big family room sectional. It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood on the north side with easy walking/biking access to several restaurants and shops. I hope to come back with my family one day.

Best family trip we've EVER had!
As so many have mentioned before me, the photos simply do not do this home justice. Clearly, no expense was spared in making this a gorgeous & high-end stay that was perfect for a family of 4 adult couples, like us. We absolutely loved the layout with four en suite bedrooms which is quite rare. And THE POOL! Wow. We spent almost every day in the backyard, in the pool and hot tub, and on our dock. We had a kayak delivered for our stay from Beach Bums and we spent many early mornings kayaking Bimini Bay--spotting dolphins, manatees, and plenty of seabirds-- accessible right from the backyard. Loved being so close to the bay and just a 5 minute walk to the fishing pier, 20 minute walk to Bean Point where we enjoyed sunset from the beach. And, of course, the gulf beach was just a straight shot up Magnolia Ave. with the beach wagon and great beach supplies (plenty of umbrellas and chairs) provided. Bravo Nikki and Mike for creating such a beautiful space that we will 100% be visiting again someday.

We had a fabulous vacation, and the home was everything we expected it to be. Awesome room, space, and bedrooms for 4 adult couples, open floor plan in kitchen/family area for gathering the group, pool was perfect. The access to waterway was big added bonus for renting a boat for a couple days. We will definitely be back!

This house really is great for big families. Large open house with an incredible pool! Close to everything in Anna Maria. This was my first time traveling with my wife's entire family plus our 14 month old. We love AMI and will definitely consider renting the place again if its available. Last thing, the owners are some of the best VRBO host we've ever had!

Great house, great location.
We loved this house. It was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. We always rent houses with a private pool and hot tub and have almost come to expect some issue with heating. Not at this house - everything worked perfectly here. The pool area was great for our extended family. We enjoyed playing ping pong with our teenaged grandchildren. The house is a short walk away from Pine St shops and the City Pier. We would definitely rent again.
