Beds and shower are nice, though property really shows its age and needs a major refurbishment. Floors, carpets, low ceilings, bathroom door doesn't actually shut etc...... Would stay here again if getting a good deal, but for the price I paid ($250 total for one night) would not come back here.

I felt like the rooms were not as clean as I would like and when we got in Sunday night after sightseeing, there were a lot of dirty dishes on a table by the elevator on the third floor. When we left Monday morning, the dishes were still there.

Front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. No hot water and no one cared. Rather disappointing for a 4 star hotel. I typically don’t like to leave negative reviews, I would rather just walk away from the experience but no hot water at 6am was worth mentioning. The front desk girl couldn't have cared less.

We enjoyed being on the sixth floor. We slept very well because the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shuttle service made going back and forth to the Sailboat Show very easy. We also enjoyed free parking. Service at breakfast was wonderful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
