Loved the location. Close walk to everything Annapolis has to offer. Staff was pleasant. Room was small, clean and well laid out. Loading and unloading a bit tricky as buildings in a very tight congested area. Two nearby parking garages were reasonably priced. Hotel offers valet parking but was not available during our stay as they were out of spaces.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. From the time we checked in until we left, we had nothing but stellar service. I liked the daily text messages to see if everything was okay. We had the car valet parked and the young man that drove us to the Maryland House (Inn??) was just as sweet and polite as possible! I will ALWAYS stay here when I travel to Annapolis. The only downside was that our room was TINY. I feel confident that I didn’t select that room, but it was still well appointed and very clean. Just. So. Small.

This location is absolutely excellent, as it can be found in the center of downtown. They don’t have a parking lot, so the only option is valet, however there is no staff, so guests were honked and screamed at to move. The staff were unhelpful, and because they had no parking staff, many guests were stuck outside for 30 minutes. That night, the hotel was hosting a party in the OPEN lounge, which ended around 10:30 at night. The party was not the issue, it was the fact that the hotel hosted the party in the common and open area, which was right next to the rooms. Each night costed 400 dollars, and it feels wasted that I paid this much for such a low quality hotel.

Loved the historical properties and how convenient it was to walk to just about everything! The beautiful state capital building and property was across the street making for such a pleasant and inviting stay. The staff were warm and super helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend!

Effortless afternoon in Annapolis.
Fabulous stay. We had short time to be in Annapolis, just afternoon and overnight. Perfect spot to park the car and walk through downtown without need to drive. Excellent location, lovely property, many restaurants in walking distance. It was tremendous stay. Thank you.

But the receptionists were kind and helpful.
It was a walking distance to every thing. Excellent service, the front desk personnel were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. But the first room smelled like mold and the change us to another moldy smelly room. The toilet would not flush and the bathroom curtain smelled like used and old stinky towel. Bu over all travel was excellent. Do I stay there again? NO.
