Upon check in, it was communicated that the tv may not be working. The beds were on squeaky frames that made noise when laying or sitting on the beds. Bathroom hand soap did not have a dish or anywhere other than the counter to lay the soap down. Toilet paper did not have a holder, just placed on top of the toilet. The floor had not been mopped. I took my shoes off and walked around to and from the counter and fridge, went to take a shower and my feet were black. Unacceptable

No one at check in waited 15 minutes. Under renovation no notice on site. Asked for towels and a pillow ignored. Sheets and cover dirty in spots. TV out for a day. Grab and grow breakfast was a granola bar and an apple. Staff was indifferent did not appear to care. No ice machine, etc.

I was a little worried at 1st when the lobby looked nothing like the picture & was a bit rundown for the price i paid. check-in was great & both front desk staff members were very friendly. the hallways of the hotel were also in need of renovation, but the room was already renovated & excellent. very nice, spacious & clean. only knock on the room was the bathroom door was hard to close. everything else was perfect. the room is the important thing for a quick stay. we only sleep & shower there. however, i wish Expedia would make hotels clearly mark on their description when they are going through renovations. this one wasn’t a problem though, unlike others.

We had a lovely weekend at Homestyle Suites for our son’s wedding.To be honest, I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms and staff were. They are doing some renovations in the lobby and hallways, but the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Each room has a full kitchen and there is even a Grab n Go Breakfast in the lobby. We had a great weekend!!

My newly renovated room at the Homestyle Suites was very nice. Staff was very cordial. Room was a bit noisy at times (from room above and next door room). Would recommend to others to stay here.

Property is off the beaten path but still very convenient to the Naval Academy stadium. No frills, but has what you need and the price is better than those around USNA and downtown Annapolis. The "breakfast" consists of packaged danish rolls and coffee. We only stayed one night so didn't explore the facilities.

Sonny and Victoria and 1 other clerk at front desk where the nicest hotel people they did everything to make our stay a pleasure. The room was the cleanliness room we have stayed in (newly remodeled) in a long while. We will go back for sure. The bed was and pillow were comfy. The bathroom was very nice and so clean. The lines were clean. And if you bike there is 3 really nice close by trails. Book here and ENJOY your stay

This property is under remodeling and the room smell of paint very strong, there is non advisement on their website saying they are under renovation. Staff was super friendly and provided me all the information about the room and other details Easy check in/out, quiet property, bed are not too comfortable but for the price is ok. Tv is pretty older and didn’t work well, stayed 2 nights and nobody cleaned the room as normally other properties does
