It is located on the owner's private dock and sits in a secluded waterway. Just steps away from the houseboat is the gorgeous “Oasis” pool.
This permanently docked houseboat is PERFECT for families, friends or couples visiting the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis Boat Shows or any of the many fabulous Annapolis events in town.

The property is a mere 3 miles away from Downtown Annapolis.

Having grown up in area, must admit it was great to return but this place was much more than that memory, as ALL about it was top notch & entire family stated great pictures online didn’t do this place justice, as it was even better. Military Family Hospitality
We would give more than 5 stars if we could, perfect as our stay with Beth and Andy was! Their communication for making the reservation for check in and responding to special requests was nearly instantaneous. Being a military family, they are attuned to how to make their guests comfortable - especially those visiting with a child/sibling in the military. The property is so beautiful and serene, and this houseboat was so well appointed, it was like a floating apartment. The deck on top was delightful, even on a cool autumn morning. They even brought us sticks for roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The weather wasn't conducive to enjoying the pool and pavilion but we absolutely would have if it was warmer. If you are debating whether or not to book this houseboat, do yourselves a favor and say, "yes." Thank you to Beth and Andy for your warmth and hospitality!

Family Weekend Trip
My husband and I visited our son, a Marine serving at Quantico. Our day trips to DC and Annapolis were wet - thanks to Tropical Storm Ophelia - but the houseboat was cozy and welcoming each evening! We felt so lucky to be able to stay on the water in such a beautiful location. Andy and Beth made sure we had everything we needed. The houseboat really was perfect for the three of us.

Beth and Andy's property is just beautiful! The houseboat was very comfortable and extremely clean, the rooftop deck was so peaceful and the views were incredible. Beth was very flexible with our scheduling and was easy to correspond with. Andy took us on a lovely boat ride around Annapolis. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Perfect in every way!
Don’t miss an opportunity to stay on this houseboat! It is beautiful! There’s nothing like sitting on the rooftop deck in the early morning hours. It is so peaceful! It is spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Stay here for a unique experience! In case you’re wondering, the boat does not rock at all. Beth and Andy are very hospitable. Super nice people! You may get lucky and see them around the gorgeous pool area!

Navy football weekend
We celebrated my father’s 80th birthday with a weekend in Annapolis and NAVY football. Beth and Andy’s houseboat was phenomenal idea and great escape for the weekend. Beth was great at making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Awesome houseboat vacation
Our family of four enjoyed a great weekend in the houseboat Firstie. It was everything we could have wanted. The interior was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Two bathrooms was a huge plus. We loved sipping coffee on the back or top deck, surrounded by incredible scenery. Our kids loved the pool. The hosts are very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. Very convenient to downtown Annapolis - less than a 15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing, Unique Stay with Awesome Host!
Beth is such a wonderful host- we had a group of 6 guys looking to have a calm weekend away to celebrate one of our buddies. We booked the houseboat and it was SO FUN. The property is pristinely clean and wonderfully secluded while still being only steps away from their beautiful backyard pool! Beth's communication with me was really clear and she always got back to me quickly when I had questions. You can tell she puts GREAT care into her properties. You will not regret staying at any of Beth's properties. Only 15 minutes to downtown Annapolis- you can't beat that! We loved the rooftop deck on the boat, the firepit with chairs, and the access to her backyard pool! Thanks Beth :)

We loved the houseboat and our hosts!! Beth and Andy truly delivered the perfect escape! The houseboat was pristine with everything we needed and we even chartered a boat with Captain Andy and enjoyed the sites of Chesapeake bay! We will be back for sure!!

Boys Weekend
Annapolis golf weekend with my 3 adult sons. Accommodations were perfect. Hospitality even better. We have spent the last 4 years visiting our son at USNA, and this stay was the BEST! Beth and Andy have an awesome Oasis! If you’re lucky you might even get served the famous Captain Andy Orange Crush.

Quiet river respite
Greeted by our host Beth and were blown away with the beauty of the property! Old growth trees. Manicured lawn and pretty flowers, a short walk on a brick path lead to the stairs to the dock. Once at the bottom of the stairs we could finally see the houseboat docked on a quiet tributary of the Chesapeake bay. Depending on the tide boarding the boat can be tricky, but Beth assisted with luggage and guided us safely aboard. The boat is amazing. Everything was ship shape and once inside it was hard to believe you were on a boat . The nautical touches and decor were fitting and gorgeous. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The upstairs deck is incredibly spacious and was complete with lounge chairs, table and chairs and an umbrella. Oh and I have to mention the view, a definite “10”. We would definitely stay here again! An easy 10 minutes away from downtown Annapolis, this Oasis is a gem.

If I could give 6 stars.....
I would. The place is so unique. A houseboat far enough from the main house that it feels private and relaxing. The boat has all the amenities (perhaps more) of a nice hotel room. It's quiet and serene, with an abundance of nature to watch as you read a book (or take a zoom meeting). The inside of the boat is comfy and temperature controlled with a spacious kitchen. Will definitely stay again any time I find myself in Annapolis.

My husband and I stayed for an overnight anniversary getaway to the wonderful Firstie boathouse at Waterfront Oasis of Annapolis and enjoyed every moment! Beth and Andy have thought of every amenity to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The surrounding waters were beautiful, peaceful and full of wildlife to watch- many species of waterfowl, fish, turtles, and a family of frolicking deer! We will definitely be returning (maybe with our kids next time) and highly recommend this property!

Exceptional Stay!
This brand new, spacious, spotless, classy, nautical themed boathouse exceeded all our expectations and comfortably housed our family of 6. Loved utilizing the pool amenity as well as visiting with the kind and genuine hosts. Suggested an extra towel hook… it was installed within the hour. Amazing hosts!! Loved the close proximity to downtown and the USNA. This was certainly one of the most memorable places we’ve stayed. 💙
