Love it here!
My family and I love staying here! It's clean, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It's home away from home. I love all the special touches--lots of cozy blankets, the beautiful decor, the comfortable beds. And, of course, it's close to anything you want to do in Annapolis or the surrounding areas. During this stay, we were able to enjoy the patio, which was especially wonderful to be able to do in November. My favorite spot is the sitting area next to the kitchen; it's a perfect place to relax and read a book. Lastly, Joie is an absolute pleasure as a host. I can't thank her enough for how kind she was to us. We would love to stay here every time we visit Annapolis. I promise that you will not be disappointed.

Joie is a wonderful host!!! Communicating with her was easy & seamless, even as she was on vacation outside the US during our stay!! We attended my 40th reunion at the Naval Academy, and this location was perfect. Easy to get to, very close to grocery stores, etc, and fully stocked!! My son is a plebe at USNA, and so my adult children, their spouses, and I stayed at Joie's place for Plebe Parent Weekend recently. I travel a lot, and her place is honestly one of the absoute BEST vacation rentals I have ever booked over the years. First of all, the communication was fantastic. She called me beforehand to go through check-in procedures, introduce herself, and even give some helpful tips and links to nearby attractions. When we arrived I was so relieved so see how beautiful, immaculate, and clean the home was (I am a clean freak!). She clearly has spared no expense in the furnishings and amenities--it has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay! I loved that there was a second cozy tv area with a loveseat and fireplace connected to the kitchen area in addition to a spacious living room and dining room on the first floor. I plan to book Joie's home for every future group visit to Annapolis while visiting my son over the next 4 years at the Naval Academy.

Fun Time in Annapolis
We just returned from a fun-filled long weekend with friends in Annapolis. We were lucky to find this comfortable gem that came with tons of amenities!!! The 3 bedroom home was tastefully decorated and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The outdoor patio was just as welcoming too! The host Joie was super to work with and was very accessible. Although we wanted for nothing, she was very happy to respond and make suggestions to enjoy the house as well as the neighborhood. I highly recommend your next Annapolis Vacation Starts Here!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Annapolis property--in fact, it is one of our favorites in Annapolis. It is both very beautiful and very comfortable, with a lot of space to relax. I especially enjoyed the living space which connected to the kitchen--a nice place to just sit and read. I enjoyed the little touches, like lovely decorations, big pillows, soft comforters, and fun family board games. The property is equipped with everything you would need for a stay, including kitchen items, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking. It is central to anything you might want to do in the area. My only regret is that we visited during a cold month and did not get to enjoy the cute, fully equipped patio! We would love to stay again!

Thanksgiving with my Midshipman
Hostess with the mostest!!! Joie is AMAZING. I cannot tell you how beautifully this property is decorated and how comfortable it is. It was the perfect place for 4 of us to enjoy Thanksgiving with my son from the Academy. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to go around Annapolis. Joie thought of EVERYTHING including small touches like makeup remover wipes, cozy blankets for the couch, and asking us if we had everything we needed for serving Thanksgiving dinner. She was so attentive and hospitable and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and highly highly recommend. This is the best VRBO experience I've had hands down.

Highly recommend this rental.
This is our second stay at this rental. We have stayed in about 15 short-term rentals in the Annapolis area since 2022. We have season tickets to Navy football and enjoy visiting our Midshipmen at the Naval Academy. This rental is at the top of our list and Joie is great to deal with.
