Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, the Bonlieu theatre, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover a renovated duplex apartment with the charm of the old, exposed beams and beautiful height under ceiling. The apartment is located Rue Sainte Claire which is entirely pedestrian.
Ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (Queen), the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm (Single), a cot is provided as well as a high chair.
Equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, linen will be provided for your stay.
High-speed Wi-Fi access. Mobile air conditioning and fans available.

Our four nights in Annecy were magical thanks to the location, quality and space of the apartment. Wonderful to just walk down the Rapunzel stone staircase to collect a couple of baguettes and fresh croissant at the bakery below. Absolutely charming. Anyone with mobility issues would find the stairs difficult . Other than that it was a magical place to stay with cafes and restaurants and ice cream galore on your doorstep. The backdrop of Annecy was gorgeous. Nice touches in the apartment with coffee capsules ready to use and excellent kitchen set up..I'd love to stay here again

Lovely place with incredible location
The property was awesome for our two week stay in Annecy. Fresh food market right on the front doorstep, bakery right beside the front doorstep and amazing butcher 3 doors up. Location was also prime for lunch time walks by the lake, and walking to hikes or bike/car rentals for additional adventures. Absolutely loved our time.

On aime : La proximitĂ© plus qu'immĂ©diate avec le centre historique d'Annecy. Le style fusion moderne et ancien La cuisine Les attentions pour le CHAUD dans l'appartement L'accueil Le salon que notre fils a adorĂ© explorĂ© (10mois) Le Duplex, coin dodo coin yoyo La salle de bain pour papa, maman et bĂ©bĂ©. La tĂȘte de cochon pour y manger agrĂ©ablement On n'aime pas : Les toilettes du bas HS, en haut c'est du sani-broyeur qui fait un bruit monstre et fait trembler le sol Le tout qui grince, on n'y peut rien mais c'est vraiment chaud de marcher sur des Ɠufs pour ne pas rĂ©veiller bĂ©bĂ© Le CHAUD de l'appartement, bizarrement la tempĂ©rature monte trĂšs vite dans le salon Les multiprises en sĂ©rie, dĂ©formation professionnelle. Ce qui ne nous Ă  pas gĂȘnĂ© : L'escalier en colimaçon, certe bruyant mais j'ai assurĂ© avec mon fils dans les bras ça passe. La proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du cƓur de ville avec troubadours Ă  la fenĂȘtre et marchĂ© tous les deux jours (au contraire on adore les rues vivantes) Pour conclure, on y reviendra car on a aimĂ© la ville et aimĂ© y vivre lĂ  oĂč on l'a vĂ©cu.
