Located in the historic centre of Annecy, Rue du Paquier, 150m from Lake Annecy, the Théâtre Bonlieu, a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot: only 150 m separate the apartment from the Lake!

In a historic building, discover a charming apartment, with exposed beams ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 3 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet .
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator of a pedestrian street. The calm of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.

The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage
The living room offers a sofa bed.
Equipped kitchen with oven and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay. Available in the apartment: cot, booster seat and inflatable mattress.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Advertised for 4 people but should be for 3 as sofa bed in lounge only suitable for 1 person. Agency would not allow extra mattress, so had to change accommodation with 100€ extra to pay. Outside area with table and chairs filthy from pidgeons and kitchen window did not lock. Otherwise would have been fine. Excellent location.

Très bel emplacement au cœur de la ville face au lac. Petits bémols quant au logement qui lui était très sombre avec une fenêtre et volet condamnés. Forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain et propreté générale qui laissait à désirer. Les communs également sales avec de la fiante de pigeons.

Très bon séjour. Très bonne réactivité d'Abritel et de la Conciergerie du Lac dès que nous avions une question. Un petit bémol sur l'état du four et du sèche serviette qui ne fonctionnait pas. La proximité du vieil Annecy et du lac est un plus non négligeable. Nous recommandons.

Superbe séjour et emplacement au top
L'appartement était propre avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. L'emplacement a 5 min du lac était juste top. Il manquerait juste des indications pratiques comme un parking gratuit à proximité ou trouver une boulangerie.. Sinon séjour au top
