In the heart of the city center, in an old secure building, a renovated character apartment of 75 square meter.

It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.
The entrance of the apartment is located in a street where you can drop off your luggage with your vehicle and with a few parking spaces at the foot of the entrance.
Many public parking spaces are located between 150 and 300m.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. The first is equipped with a bed 160 cm and the second with a bed 140 cm (Double).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher & oven but also a soda water dispenser:-) Nespresso coffee machine.
Linen is provided for your stay and washing machine/ dryer are at your disposal.
For parents, a cot is provided in the apartment.
The accommodation is on the 4th floor with elevator.
The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas.
There are many restaurants, coffee shop and beaches nearby.

The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min Genève Aéroport - Annecy
🅿️The nearest car park is the City Hall car park, located 1 minute walk from the accommodation.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.
