The communication leading up to our stay was wonderful. The location is perfect and very walkable to tourist core areas. Kind and helpful front desk and gentlemen at the terrace breakfast area. Beautiful, clean and and spacious room.

Excellent place with a little kitchenette and mini fridge. The air conditioning and balcony with table and chairs were extremely appreciated. Bed very comfortable and room quiet. Walking distance to the train/bus station, in the middle of the pedestrian district.

Excellent location minutes from anywhere in the city. Parking on site very useful. Modern, well equipped rooms with decent kitchenette and bathroom with bath. Real bonus was the spacious terrace where we were able to eat and rest in good weather

Ideal location, great value, spacious
Amazing to get a super nice apartment for better price than a hotel room. LOVED being on upper floor with own large balcony/deck. Located in heart of endlessly lovely Annecy. If you have a car, reserve onsite parking, reasonably priced and a real luxury there. Only negatives: ran out of hot water one night, and there could be better storage.

This hotel is fantastic! Great service, great location, staff spoke fluent english and did not laugh at my mangling of the french language. Facilities super clean. I highly recommend this place

Wonderful!!! The family suite was clean and so much bigger than we thought it would be. There was plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful. I wouldn't definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nicely situated. Picture is a little deceptive - i thought it was the view form the room, but it is actually the view from the breakfast common area. Breakfast was nice but pricey for what you got. Room and bed was nothing special. Hotels is very centrally located

it is charming, clean and conveniently located for sightseeing. The room was on the 4th floor and its elevator only goes to the 3d floor. we had skies and heavy luggage that we need to drug up the stairs. Fortunately, when we were leaving, an employee helped us with the luggage

Comfortable and classy Aparthotel
Well-located just a few blocks from the train/bus station and a block or so away from the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-appointed Aparthotel. Modern bathroom with heated towel rack. A nice renovated building with character inside. I will happily stay here if I return to Annecy.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location situated in the wonderful city of Annecy. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This was right in the centre of the city and reasonably priced, with all equipment you would expect from a good aparthotel. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff couldn’t have been more accommodating…..Svetlana, Lisa, Roxanne and the young man we saw the first day were SO helpful! Breakfast was delicious….and the breakfast room very clean! The young lady from Madagascar was SO sweet! The only mishap was not cleaning our room one day. The matter was quickly taken care of. We would not hesitate to visit Privilodges again in the near future.
