🎖 The Attic - Ideally located in the old town

The apartment 40 square meters is located in the heart of the old town in a historic building. You can fully enjoy the proximity of many restaurants, the lake, the city and the mountains. 3 times a week, the fruit and vegetable market is set up at the bottom of the apartment and the Thiou flows just behind.
The Attic is fully equipped: Iron, shampoo, refrigerator and freezer, classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, TV and wifi access. If anything is missing, please let me know! A laundromat is a 5-minute walk away.

This apartment is composed of a bed of 160x200 cm (King Size).

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator.

🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Apartment with potential
The apartment is located in the middle of Annecy's old town - you really can't live closer to the center. It offers a fantastic immersion into the old town and has been lovingly furnished. However, there are a few points that the host could work on: There were four of us in the apartment, which is possible in terms of space, but the equipment was often only for 2 perons (cups, glasses). The fact that we had to buy additional kitchen utensils in the supermarket is of course not okay. The house has a problem with the old pipes, water does not drain well and there are unpleasant odors. The apartment urgently needs a basic clean. The cleaning fee is not high, but my experience is that the apartment cannot be cleaned for this. Typically, the final cleaning costs would have to be three times as high to get an apartment clean. The host should either invest these costs or charge his guests more. The wifi connection is somehow weak and the LTE connection is unfortunately not good in the house either, so overall internet accessibility is limited.
