die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, begleiteten uns zur Wohnung. Diese liegt sehr zentral, nachts aber laut, denn die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof und die Gaststätte im Erdgeschoss arbeitet bis 24:00. Für uns betagte Nutzer war der Zugang in den 3. Stock mühsam, deshalb eher für junge Menschen zu empfehlen.

Logement sans intérêt a part d'etre au cœur de la vielle ville.
Situé en arrière cours , deuxième étage , escalier raide et étroit (50 marches), très sombre avec deux fenêtres ayant vue sur cours et local poubelle plus bruit et chaleur des ventilations plus odeurs des cuisines restaurants donnant sur cours. Ambiance, livraison 6h00 du matin et fin de service 23h30 pour le repos il y a mieux. Logement au dessus avec plancher bois qui craque infernal. Logement sale et poussiéreux (avec 40€ frais de ménage) , très encombré par trop de mobilier , vaisselle désuète. pas de ventilation dans la cuisine. Parking sous terrain payant obligatoire (45€/5jrs) à 200m. Annonce fausse pas wifi et animaux pas acceptés par le propriétaire à notre arrivée alors que nous avions payé. local vélo dans la cours très encombré durant les périodes de service restaurant. A conseiller pour un weekend pas plus.

Propriétaire en dessous de tout : 1 Nous avons poireauté 2h sous la pluie avant que ces Propriétaires daignent venir ... 2 Whhhaaaoouuhhh jamais un appartement aussi insalubre, lave vaisselle moisi oui moisi; slip, cotons tiges usagés et porte serviettes rouillé par terre dans la salle de bain sans compter la bonde de lavabo noir de grasse 3 dans le placard sac plastique avec des légumes pourris 4 frigo et plaque graisseuse À fuir en plus de mauvaise fois, car nous le avons proposé un dédommagement de 400€ car le soir même, nous avons dormi ailleurs Des escrocs de la location ... Merci Abritel
