We arrived at the Delta after leaving another 5 star resort after we both got ill. From arriving with warm smiles to our spotless room. We didn’t eat in other than one meal in the Sushi restaurant which was fabulous food and service. The pool area and swim deck were perfect for us and most of our 3 days were spent there. Spotless and a beautiful oasis. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Every mod con in the bedrooms and great aircon. A lovely stay

This new refurbished hotel is in a great location and was quiet when we visited in early October. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and Antalya town center is 15 mins by Uber.

Our stay was deeply disappointing. We were given a room with a leaking sink, and despite reporting it, no action was taken. Breakfast was prepaid, yet we were repeatedly charged, causing embarrassment in front of other guests. After hours spent with Expedia, I proved that breakfast was included, but the issue persisted even at checkout. The staff were either incompetent or attempting to overcharge us. For a hotel charging premium prices, the service was far below 5-star standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We loved the pool area and the platform beach with access to the sea. However, since it was October, a lot of facilities within the hotel were closed. Air conditioning was quite noisy and I had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. The room and bathroom were pretty small too.

Bel hôtel, dommage
L’hotel est splendide avec une superbe vue entre montagnes et mer. Les équipements sont très bien et la piscine très agréable ! Le seul gros point noir de cet établissement est le personnel. Premièrement, quasiment personne ne parle anglais correctement ce qui est dommageable pour un hotel de ce standing, qui plus est dans une ville avec un aéroport international et où le tourisme se développe. De plus, personne ne salue les clients, bien trop occupés a discuter entre eux. Il serait préférable d’occuper ce temps inutilement perdu à former les équipes aux procédures de Mariott (et de l'hôtellerie) et à l’anglais qu’ils font semblant de comprendre. C’est dommage car l'hôtel est super mais pas mis en valeur par les équipes.
