Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner hohen Punktzahl ausgewählt. Sobald wie in Hotel rein, habe ich bemerkt alles sind Falsch. Das Hotel hat keine eigener Parkplatz. Du musstest selbst nach einer Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe suchen. Wenn wir in Zimmer rein, haben wir geschockt. Alle Bettwäsche sind dreckig mit vielen Haaren drauf. Kühlschrank war dreckig. Ins Bad alle Hand und Badentücher schmutzig. Nachdem wir die Rezeption informiert hatten, wurden sie alle gewechselt trotzdem ganze Körper morgen früh juckt. Frühstück war Katastrophe. Alles trocken. Orangensaft schmeckt nach.... .alle obsts gehören den vergangenen Tag. Am Ende Aufzug auch kaputt 😕.solche Dreckiges Hotel haben wir nie erlebt. Lassen Sie sich nicht von den hohen Punktzahlen täuschen. Dieses Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert.

We enjoyed our stay. Mr Mehmet and his staff are doing a great job and the Hotel is clean and comfortable. Mr Mehmet, the general manager and his Team are present and caring when needed. The area is safe and accessible to all amenities and activities for those visiting the area. I recommend Diamond Luxury Hotel. Thank you to Mr Mehmet and staff for your hospitality.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Mr Mehmet, the general manager and his staff are present and attentive to their customers. Property is clean and very comfortable. Good location at short walking distance to Mark Antalya mall and others major shopping areas. Various sites and activities are available within the vicinity. I recommend this Hotel

The hotel from the exterior looks very basic. The facilities inside the hotel are suffice but nowhere near the best I’ve experienced. The AC in the rooms were very loud and the walls are also thin. The Elevator was good. The dining facilities were always clean and the tables and chairs to eat on were good quality. The sofas around the reception are not comfy at all. The smoking area could improve / potentially expand to a more secluded spot

Arriving to the hotel we were welcomed by Arzu and one male (don’t know his name). A month before our holiday I requested for one of our rooms to have two single beds instead of one double bed and one of the hotel staff messaged me to say that my request was accepted. I was gutted to be told by Arzu that the hotel was full for the night and no spare rooms with single beds. However, she advised that the following morning, there would be some people checking out from a room with two separate beds which two of us could move into. The following day we did move to a room with two double beds which was good. The fridge did not work so we ended up drinking lukewarm drinks. One member of staff that really stood out was the lovely Arzu! She was so kind and friendly and helped us booked any transfers, such as for the airport and for the land of the legends. Every time we walked out of the hotel she greeted us and every time we returned back to the hotel after excursions, she also greeted us exceptionally. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see her the last three days of our stay, maybe she had those days off. A male with glasses (I think Mehmet) was also very friendly. One thing I didn’t like is before we changed rooms, one of the cleaners help me pack my things and asked me for money which I gave. Another time, I asked another cleaner to change our bedsheets, she asked for money, but this time I didn’t give any, as changing bedsheets is their job. That’s what their getting paid for.

Excellent staff—very friendly and helpful. Great Turkish breakfast. Clean, well-stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. Good maid service. Easy walk to Old Town and harbor. Good value. The bed was a bit too soft. Our main complaint is that the sheets had pilled and were quite rough. Would stay again if the sheets were smooth.
