The hotel is nicely located in the city center within walking distamce to important landmarks. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is that some rooms arent soundproof, so at night you can hear whats going on in the hallway.

Only reason I marked property as poor- ‘Bed side cabinet is heavy and unbalanced. When you open the draw cabinet, it falls forward’ This is caused trauma to my daughters foot(could have been worse). Staff notified. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Such an amazing hotel! This one is arguably the best city hotel we have visited ever. Our room had picturesque view on the Old Town and sea. Furniture is quite new, everything is clean, we even had coffee machine in our room. Very polite English-speaking staff. However, breakfast included was not as good as the whole hotel - only one little bun and a croissant with some Nutella. This could be really improved. Overall - highly recommended hotel, maybe we return here in the future.

Staff are polite but not the usual hospitality trained staff. Smoking cigarettes while serving the breakfast packets, one guy had a cigarette behind his ear! Pillows were cheap foam, bed cover was cheap foam and the curtains in our room 307 were narrower than the window. Woke up with sunrise! Breakfast is a paper bag with 1 not bad croissant, 1 mini baguette and a small packs of jam, butter and cheese spread. Nothing else. Coffee was terrible from a machine, water is from a dispenser not sure whether it’s tap water or clean water. The pictures showing the sea is a tremendous cheat, you can’t see the water for miles! If you want everything on your doorstep this is the place to be food, shops locals, Hammam old bazaar easy pick ups from McDonalds to the trips this is brilliant. The staff were really nice. Very clean and spacious double rooms. There is a tour company called Amazon tour just across the road where I booked all of my excursions. The only thing is that the air con is not in the room but but as you walk in so doesn’t always circulate it. I would suggest to get an extra room key to keep it on when your out.

Decent hotel for price
Overall good stay, breakfast included should just read a croissant as all it was. Good coffee and tea facilities in the room. Given an extra hour to check out but there was a random power cut for about 90 to 120 mins

Good location and friendly staff.
Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Any superficial issue we had with Room was quickly resolved. Location is also very good. Only issue is that it’s on a one way street and it’s a little difficult going to and from the hotel if you need accessibility.

The hotel was very clean and modern, it is in the centre so transport is relatively cheap as most activities and sites are within walking distance. Only con is that the breakfast is very basic and has a lot to be desired you should expect a croissant and a bread roll. Also if you book the adjoining rooms only one of the rooms will be a design room the other room will be a basic one

Awesome and clean hotel. The only downside was our room toilet, which has terrible drainage and water flowing out after showering, hopefully they can fix it as soon as possible. The breakfast is simple croissant with some spreads, free coffee and tea available at the terrace, overall a good stay provided the location and price.
