Located in a tranquil setting, surrounded by nothing but olive yards, within a few kilometres from the spectacular Torcal de Antequera, this three-bedroom villa offers all the comforts for you to spend the most relaxing holidays.

The master bedroom features a double bed and a useful en-suite with a bathtub; there’s another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with electric radiators. The second bathroom, which is also the main, is provided with a fantastic whirlpool bathtub, from which it will be hard to get out after a day spent wandering in the villa’s surroundings. The living area is composed of a dining-living room with a big fireplace, sofas where to take a power nap, and a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen. These two areas are separated by a brick bar.

From the kitchen, you can access the outdoors, where you will first find a pergola with an outdoor dining area. This gravelled patio also features a brick barbeque that will let you prepare the most mouth-watering grilled meat to surprise your family. The other part of the outdoor area is occupied by a fabulous private pool with views of the surrounding hills. There are poolside sun loungers and parasols to welcome the five members of the family that will spend their holidays here. An outdoor shower and a perfectly maintained garden are the ultimate details of this holiday villa near Antequera.

The access to the house is made possible by a 300 mt-long paved lane.

Encore mieux que sur les photos!
Superbe maison, superbe emplacement, à l'abri des regards! Les extérieurs sont extrêmement bien entretenus, Maria est hyper disponible, et à l'écoute de nos moindres interrogations. Le jardinier, qui gère également la piscine, est discret mais très accueillant! Les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté du lieu. Les équipements sont très bien, nous avons passé un superbe séjour! La vue est sublime, et quel calme!! Nous sommes à environ 25min d'Antequera, pour trouver un centre commercial, mais possibilité d'avoir un DIA à 10min! Le restaurant de la Joya (lieu de rencontre) est très bon, et le gérant hyper accueillant! Que du positif pour cette location!!
