The apartment is on the first floor of a residence with lift and is composed as follows:

- Entrance with storage, separate toilet with its small hand basin
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster) open to the living room with a dining table for 6 people.
- A living room with sofa bed and TV
- 6m2 balcony accessible from the living room with a small table for 2 people overlooking the street
- A laundry room with washing machine and a dryer with additional storage space for groceries
- Bedroom 1: a double bed 140X200CM, a desk, a cupboard overlooking the private courtyard of the residence
- Bedroom 2: a double bed 140X200CM, a desk, a cupboard overlooking the private courtyard of the residence
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, basin, large mirror

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has Internet.


## Access

Guests have access to the entire accommodation.

I live in Antibes so I am always there to help and assist you. I will welcome you at the entrance of the building to give you the keys and give you information about the apartment.

The apartment is managed by a company in charge of ensuring the smooth running of your stay. You can contact our entire team by phone, SMS or email.


## Neighborhood

Right in the heart of the city, you can do everything on foot and even go to the tip of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you will find private beaches and nature reserves.

You are in a lively and at the same time peaceful district. In summer you can browse the shops that open later in the evening so you can enjoy them after dinner. You also have private beaches which have their restaurants close to the apartment.


## Transit

To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the Juan les pins SNCF station which is a 10-minute walk away.
- You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is 20-30 minutes by car.


## Notes

The apartment is located on the first floor with elevator. The elevator is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Linens and towels are included in your reservation depending on the number of travelers listed on your reservation.
A change of sheets or a cleaning service during your stay is possible. Do not hesitate to contact our team for a quote.

1 tea towel, 1 bath mat, 1 roll of toilet paper and soap samples are available on your arrival.

Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash discarded when you leave.

- Balcon de 6m2 accessible depuis le séjour avec une petite table pour 2 personnes donnant sur la rue
- Une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge avec espace de rangement supplémentaire pour les courses
- Chambre 1 : un lit double 140X200CM, un bureau, un placard donnant sur la cour privative de la résidence
- Chambre 2 : un lit double 140X200CM, un bureau, un placard donnant sur la cour privative de la résidence
- Salle de bain : douche à l'italienne, vasque, grand miroir

L'appartement est entièrement climatisé et dispose d'Internet.

Les voyageurs ont accès à l'ensemble du logement.

J'habite à Antibes donc je suis toujours là pour vous aider et vous assister. Je vous accueillerai à l'entrée de l'immeuble pour vous remettre les clés et vous donner des informations sur l'appartement.

L'appartement est géré par une société chargée d'assurer le bon déroulement de votre séjour. Vous pouvez contacter toute notre équipe par téléphone, SMS ou email.

En plein cœur de la ville, vous pourrez tout faire à pied et même vous rendre jusqu'à la pointe du célèbre Cap d'Antibes où vous trouverez plages privées et réserves naturelles.

Vous êtes dans un quartier vivant et à la fois paisible. En été, vous pouvez parcourir les magasins qui ouvrent plus tard dans la soirée afin que vous puissiez en profiter après le dîner. Vous avez également des plages privées qui ont leurs restaurants à proximité de l'appartement.

Pour accéder à l'appartement :
- Vous pouvez prendre le train et vous arrêter à la gare SNCF de Juan les pins qui se trouve à 10 minutes à pied.
- Vous pouvez prendre la voiture et prendre la sortie Antibes sur l'autoroute A8 qui se trouve à 20 minutes du logement.
- Si vous venez de l'aéroport, l'appartement est à 20-30 minutes en voiture.

Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus dans votre réservation en fonction du nombre de voyageurs indiqués sur votre réservation.
Un changement de draps ou un service de ménage pendant votre séjour est possible. N'hésitez pas à contacter notre équipe pour un devis.

1 torchon, 1 tapis de bain, 1 rouleau de papier toilette et des échantillons de savon sont à votre disposition à votre arrivée.

Le ménage est également compris dans le prix de la location. Cependant, la vaisselle doit être nettoyée et les poubelles jetées lors de votre départ.

Appartement non fumeur. Appartement sans animaux. Pas de fêtes autorisées.
