ideally located in the pretty typical and blooming quarter 'Safranier' in the old town of Antibes. The daily traditional market at the end of the street will immerse you in the Provencal atmosphere. Go buy your fresh local products on the colourful stalls, drink a coffee with a slice of socca!

The location is exceptional as everything is accessible by foot: the white sandy beaches of La Gravette or the Ponteil (350 metres), the walk along the ramparts and the sea (just a few metres), the many shops and restaurants (100 metres), the Picasso Museum (200 metres), the famous yachts harbour (300 metres), the bus station (300 metres) to go to the surrounding towns (Cannes, Nice) or to Sophia Antipolis.

A lovely spot
What a great location in Old Town Antibes. The apartment was very spacious and for our family of 5 very comfortably! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend! Some extra storage on the mezzanine level and a toaster would be great additions to the property but overall we thought it was a great spot!

Upon arriving at the property for check-in at 4:00, the property had not been cleaned. We finally got a hold of the property manager, who told us to go walk around town, after an 8 hour flight. Not acceptable. My daughter then called VRBO and made a complaint. The place was cleaned by 6:00. After which time we enjoyed our stay. We did have a wonderful visit in Antibes and the surrounding area.

Wonderful Place in Fantastic Location
We loved our stay in this charming apartment. It is a very livable unit with a full kitchen, laundry, a dishwasher, etc. There was plenty of room to spread out and good sleeping separation with our two teens. The location is great - it's in the charming Old Antibes location only a few blocks from the market, restaurants, and beaches of Antibes. We will stay in this place anytime we visit the South of France - we loved it!

House/Apartment is exactly as described. Centrally located for shops, market and restaurants. Close to the walkways in the old town. Lots of lovely places to eat/drink within a few minutes walk. Clean, spacious and peaceful location. Great communication from owners. All v good and no issues.

I love the location of this property and it was very clean inside. The beds are not comfortable, need to be replaced as well as the bed linens need changing as they are really worn. New mattresses and french linens would make this a 10 property.

We had a lovely stay at Clara's apartment. It's located in the heart of Antibes, steps from the local market, restaurants and the sea, and it backs onto the most picturesque little street. The breakfast nook was our favourite place. We would definitely stay there again!

Bright, clean and well presented property positioned in the old area of the town and close to sea, food, exploring and boat watching. Though small the house felt much bigger and spacious- the kitchen area was particularly well designed. Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay there.

Nice flat in terrific location
This is an efficient and spacious flat in a terrific location, only a minute or two from all of old town Antibes. The flat is quite well appointed, with a complete kitchen (if you really insist on cooking, with all the terrific restaurants in 150m radius). It's in the pedestrian district, so traffic noise is less than on a busy street. Ventilation is quite good with just the windows, but both the heat and A/C seem quite strong as well. We found the stairs to the upper sleeping areas to be a bit steep to negotiate in the dark, but you're undoubtedly younger and nimbler than are we. Clara, our host, was wonderfully communicative, and extremely helpful in helping us maximize our stay. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Incredible holiday location in Old Town Antibes!
Clara is a most gracious, thoughtful, and helpful host/owner. She was always available when we needed a little assistance during our trip and was a pleasure with which to communicate. The pleasant feeling apartment is not an “American” luxury apartment but is very comfortable and appointed with all necessities for having a very satisfying stay. It is a good size for up to 4 adult persons although there are beds for more sleeping arrangements. My wife and I rented the apartment for 2 months and loved every minute of our stay! We had visitors for a few days from time to time and the arrangements worked out well. Antibes is a great travel destination and this apartment is located on a beautiful pedestrian avenue close to the sea wall and many shops and restaurants. We will highly recommend it!

Perfect getaway property
Located in a quiet pedestrianised street on the edge of the old town you get the perfect balance of being close to everything but quiet too. Deceptively large the property has three double beds and a lovely kitchen and lounge area. It is not for children due to the steep stairs up to the mezzanine but the owner makes this very clear. The owner was on hand to both welcome us and say farewell. She kindly shared lots of great local information too. With Antibes you have to accept a compromise on parking. We booked a weekly ticket at the Q Park by Port Vauban which was about a seven minute walk. The car park felt very safe and we weren’t inconvenienced by it. You should be aware but honestly I think you would have that issue with nearly all Antibes old town rentals. Overall loved Antibes and really loved everything about this property including the friendliness of the other.

Peacefully located
The apartment was comfortable with 3 double beds and everything you really need for a few days. Easy walk into Antibes centre. No views from apartment but no traffic so very quiet. Small outside space for morning coffee. Owner Clara helpful and friendly. Had a lovely stay thank you. Sharon, Arnie and Jordan.

Lovely apartment in central location in Antibes Old town
We had a lovely stay at this apartment and found it met all our needs during our stay. We are a family of four with two boys aged 3 and 9 and the location worked perfectly for us as the beach, restaurants and shops were all on our doorstep. It was a little loud on the weekends as there was live entertainment and fireworks taking place but it didn't bother us and my kids slept through it! There was also a bit of construction taking place next door but again it wasn't a problem as we were out most of the day every day and they were always finished by the time we returned. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Well positioned quirky apartment
Had a super stay at this apartment in the Old part of Antibes. Excellent position close to the beaches and also close to the market and the many restaurants. Was met by Pierre on our late arrival, who recommended some things to do, and met Clara when we left to go to the airport. We had an evening flight, so Clara very kindly allowed us to use the apartment for the day - many thanks. The apartment is well designed and makes good use of the space. My children slept upstairs, which has quite a low ceiling at parts and could get quite warm but there is an air conditioning unit. My husband and myself slept in the bedroom just off the kitchen / living area. Ample size table for having meals at. If we return, we would have no hesitation at staying here again

Sehr schöne und perfekt gelegene Unterkunft
Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile für uns waren beim Ent-/ Beladen des Autos am Anfang/Ende des Urlaubs, dass man mit dem Auto schlecht in die Nähe der Unterkunft kommt. Poller versperren die Anfahrt, sodass man das Gepäck ca. 4 Minuten tragen muss. Andererseits ist das ein Riesenvorteil, denn um die Unterkunft herum fährt KEIN Auto, es ist absolut ruhig, auch nachts ist es wunderbar still. Der zweite kleine Nachteil ist, dass wir die Klimaanlage etwas unterdimensioniert fanden. Wir hatten Tagestemperaturen von ca. 30 Grad. Die AC hat es einfach nicht geschafft auf eine angenehme Nachttemperatur herunterzukühlen. Aber das war es auch schon mit Kritik. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar eingerichtet und ausgestattet (ok, ein Toaster wäre noch schön), alles liegt sauber und schön bereit. Der kurze Weg an die vielen verschiedenen wundervollen Orte von Antibes ist aber das größte Plus. Zwei Minuten Gehzeit, und man ist mitten im Leben der Stadt. Wollte jemand aus der Familie mal früher zurück - kein Problem, man hat zwei Schlüssel für das Appt. und ist blitzschnell dort. Zum Bahnhof sind wir immer zu Fuß gegangen. Der Zug nach Monaco kostet zu viert ca. 22 Euro (einfach), nach Nizza und Cannes ca. 10 Euro. Völlig stressfrei, ohne lästige Parkplatzsuche, zuverlässige und häufige Zugverbindungen. Wichtig Parkplatz Antibes: unbedingt vorher online buchen: Q Park Pecheurs (78€/Woche), sonst 200 Euro. Alles in Allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Grossartiger Sommerurlaub
Unser Aufenthalt in Antibes war toll. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und wunderschön in der Altstadt gelegen. Alles war in kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Bis zum Wasser ist es nur um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls fussläufig, Restaurants und Cafés überall, der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist auch gut zu erreichen. Es war alles prima und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.
