Modern hotel. Big room. Everything clean. Lovely bath and excelent shower. Good fridge. Amasing view from two windows. Good breakfast. Efficient staff. WiFi works well. Supermarket Lawson works 24 hours and you can walk in it from hotel. Very close to the station, bus terminal and several fish markets. Lovely shopping around and at the station. We wisited several places for day trips. We will come back. Exoedia every time offers good accomodation, thanks

Daiwa Roynet Aomori is striving to be an upscale hotel with their modern fixtures, detail oriented design touches, and near endless amenities. Unfortunately, they are unable to compete at this price point with a confusing and inconvenient second floor reception area, tiny televisions, and room windows facing a blank white wall. Commanding a premium price for this turned a four star stay into a two star stay.

Great place and great location!
Wonderful stay! I love the rainfall shower and soak tub. Thank u for the bath salts you provide as it was a relaxing stay after a day of activities. Very roomy! Also love proximity to shopping and restaurants and having Lawson's in the hotel!

Great location Modern property
Amazing room. Very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend a stay here while in Aomori. The location is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, plus there’s a Lawson’s convenience store on the ground floor.

Typical soulless business hotel, nice shower, clean room, nice staff. THE BEDS ARE TERRIBLE! Hard as a rock, with one pillow. I had to check out after one night, sleep deprived and with a sore back. Shameful.

Everything was amazing, except for the bed. The mattress is basically a concrete slab covered with a sheet. You'd be better off sleeping on the ground than in that bed.

Great Hotel Chain!
Very modern and clean! Loved the breakfast but you have to pay $1700 yen, a deal for what you get. So far, every Diawa Roynet we stayed st was very impressive.

Nice Downtown Location
Super easy check in with helpful front desk staff. Luggage that had been shipped ahead was brought out of the storage room right away. Breakfast buffet is very good. Parking is a bit of a hassle if you have a van which I did. The car park located at the hotel is not big enough to accommodate the van, so I had too search for a car park.

Not a very good hotel by any standard
horrible stay from the check in process to the final check out. The staff that I interacted with during the stay were questionable at best, the rooms were dirty and very minimalistic. Beds are extremely hard and bedding was discolored and appeared dirty. rust and mold was visible around the sink. very nasty
