Excelente localização e conforto
Os funcionários são extremamente gentis, o hotel é muito limpo, tanto nas áreas internas quanto externas. A localização é excelente, com acesso exclusivo a Cidade do Romeiro, que conta com diversos tipos de serviços, e Caminho do Rosário. O serviço de transfer para a Basílica funciona perfeitamente, super pontual e confortável. O café da manhã é muito bom, com uma grande variedade de itens. O que não gostei foi do banheiro. A porta é de vidro jateado, tirando totalmente a privacidade, e deixando o quarto claro quando usado de madrugada; chuveiro é razoável, mas o pior para mim foi ter a pia fora do banheiro, em um canto do quarto. Péssima ideia. Não sei se todos os apartamentos foram projetados dessa forma, mas para mim não funcionou, me incomodou bastante. Mas no geral o hotel é bem confortável.

melhorias a serem feitas
Colocamos a placa de limpeza e não foi limpo o quarto, quando ligamos para a recepção nos falaram da placa e mesmo falando que já havia colocado a placa pareciam não acreditar. A comida do restaurante não era boa e para o café da manhã tem muita fritura e pão de queijo ruim. Foram muito solícitos quanto a necessidade de uma cadeira de rodas a qual nos atenderam. Também gostamos do acesso ao estacionamento da Basílica gratuito.
