Better than pictured! We stayed as a group and it was perfect. Unit had a nice kitchen and living room with washer in the closet. It even had an elevator.

The apartment looks like nothing in any of the modernly styled ones in the photos. It appears as though it’s been without an update since the 90’s. Communication was the worst. Despite several emails and phone calls, I didn’t get the code for entry into the apartment until later in the evening the day of my arrival and had already booked an alternative spot at a much higher cost after not hearing from them since I didn’t want to be without a place to sleep. I stayed at my first booking because the location was preferred.

We enjoyed staying at these apartments. The staff was very helpful when the WiFi wasn’t working and also provided an iron for us. Check-in and out was easy with instructions since it was after hours. There are no toiletries except for one small bar of soap, and no condiments in the kitchen so bring your own. There is a small washer but we didn’t use it. From here you can walk to many places or take public transportation. Overall these apartments are perfect for a centrally located stay.

The apartment was very spacious. There was more than enough space for all three of us. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. It was close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. It was also walking distance from the Berlin Mall. I'd like to especially thank the staff.

Some of the pictures on the listing are not exactly of the property. It is basically an old East German building and entry way has not been updated. The pros of the property are the location and cleanliness. The cons are it is an older, stark building and the elevator does not go all the way to the top. If you do not arrange checkin prior to your arrival, and you arrive after the office has closed, there is no way to contact anyone (no one answers the after hour phone) to assist you (with check in or any other issues). There is no air conditioning and we had to ask for fans- they only have one fan for each apartment and they assist very minimally.. A staff member mentioned they have over 400 apartments in the city and a full team of employees but their after hours support and overall flexibility to meet the customers’ needs was extremely poor. They were very rigid as to the check procedures. In addition, there was a communal coffee machine in the lobby, but had a sign “out of order.” While waiting to checkout, we saw several employees walk up and help themselves to coffee- one even laughed that the sign must be misleading for guests as they are prevented from using it but staff uses it right in front of them.

Great location, Spacious Apartment!
We loved the spacious apartment and separate bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed for us to spend a couple of nights eating in, which was very cheap. The large grocery store was only a 5 min walk (bring your own bags or buy some there), and the kitchen had plenty of pots, plates, utensils, etc. Nice dinning table to seat 5 and living room area completed the amenities. Location was great! The Brandenburger Tor U-Bahn/S-Bahn stop was a quick walk and allowed access to the entire city easily.

Apartment was close to shops, bars, restaurants and transport. Very easy to travel to all the major tourist attractions from this central location. We arrived late in the evening and were able to collect our key from a keybox using a unique core then formally check in the next day which was great.
