This hotel is poorly maintained. The beds were uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows are old. A couple that stay in this hotel too, found bedbugs. The water had a sewage smell. I do not recommend the stay in this property. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The location is unsafe.

Le hace falta demasiado mantenimiento a la hacienda y que le den una buena limpiada a los vidrios del restaurante y a los de la alberca del spa. Las camas para mí gusto están súper incomodas, el colchón parece piedra. La limpieza del cuarto está bien. El personal es amable. Pero si pudiera ser una atracción turística como la ex hacienda de Chautla o Santa María Regla pero tienen el lugar muy descuidado.

Les falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza al hotel la alberca sucia el restaurante sucio,olia feo y caro , habiataciones masomensos , ruido excesivo toda la noche porque hacen fiestas en sus salones y no dejan dormir, a los jardines les hace falta que los corten , demasiados zancudos..Publicidad engañosa no te especifican que no puedes usar el spa de agua termal ,es con costo extra (carisisisismo mas caro que el hospedaje y esta horrible y descuidado ) pésimo todo estoy muy decepciónada

La Atencion es buena, las habitaciones están muy lindas pero el tema del Spa hay poca atención y las regaderas están en al estado y sucias… y el baño turco no servía. De todo lo demás normal y bonito. Los meseros muy amables y la comida muy rica.

Pésima experiencia, reserve con mucha anticipación mi estancia para no tener ningún tipo de problema, y al llegar al hotel me dicen que no tienen mi habitación por que el hotel vendio todo para el evento que estaba en ese momento, el hotel no fue para hacerse responsable en ni gun momento de mi estancia me dijeron que hubo un error y no debio haberse vendido, les dije que ese no habia sido mi error si no de ellos, y lo unico que hicieron fue sugerirme un hotel cercano sin importar que yo no queria alojarme en ningun otro hotel, sin importar que habia llegado con los otros huespedes y nuestras maletas yabestaban ahi, nadie nos ayudo, los de recepción mal sin saber dar una solución adecuada a la situación todo por haber sobrevendido habitaciones ppr el evento, decepcionada, viaje esperando tener un lugar donde quedarme y al final me quede sin lugar y tuve que buscar a la mera hora y nisiquiera sin haber tenidonuna disculpa, ni monetaria ni personal

En la habitación es encontramos un alacrán y la cama le faltaba una pata estaba tirada, a la hora de registrarnos tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos por qué no estaba lista la habitación, en ese aspecto les hace falta personal de limpieza

Nadie vigila la alberca
Muy tranquilo, sólo falta vigilancia en la alberca había gente fumando y nadie les dice nada, se preocupan mas porque no lleves comida y bebida ahi si estan super abusados y el Internet es pésimo.
