Overall, I really liked the stay at Baymont. When we arrived, I mistakenly went to the hotel next door to check in, the Travelodge hotel, and the service was great. Thank you to all the staff for keeping a safe, clean, and smooth stay.

Very nice for a short business trip. If you're gonna be out and about most of the day, it's a good deal for mainly being a place to crash. Right next to Interstate 41 for easy on/off. Staff was friendly, room was clean, really loved the pillows. Applebee's and Texas Roadhouse next door.

Requested wheelchair accessible room for my daughter when I booked the room. The clerk gave me a room on the 2nd floor then told me they did NOT have an elevator when I asked. The listing for the hotel should state that. Then he gave me a first floor room and when we got to it there was a family in the room already. They didnt seem too happy and were extremely rude. Went back and the clerk gave mebthe wrong number. The room was OK. Not really comfortable and only had 3 pillows for each queen bed. Sheets were rough and itchy. Couldnt walk on the carpet because it felt sticky, dirty and when I looked at the bottoms of my feet it was like.I was walking around outside. If you have anyone above you be prepared to be woken up because it sounds like elephants are up there. Coffee maker did not work, and neither did the hair dryer. Probably wouldn't stay again.
