Hotel layout is very disconnected. Clogged drain in bathroom asked for repair but never happened. Hard to see anything on a gloomy day due to lack of room lighting. Very disappointed after hearing for years how nice it was. We were very underwhelmed.

We liked the convenience of being across from the PAC. You can see it from the front door. Lots of places to eat & shop (it's downtown) Price is high & the parking is across from the Hilton, on the side street public parking lot. $6 for 24 hr if you pay at the lot(kiosk next to elevator. Comfy beds but no clock & little dresser in closet. Enjoy the restaurant & bar on the ground level.

The hotel was convenient and the staff were friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay but our shower had very little water pressure, the air con was very noisy and the pool could have done with a spruce up.

We stayed for "Mile of Music", we parked our car on Wed. and didn't leave until Sat. We were able to walk to the music venues and restaurants. It was a great decision to stay here and enjoy all the music festival had to offer.
