Nice clean hotel. Restaurant was not prepared for the after the game rush which was disappointing. Check was a breeze and moved quickly. Super friendly staff. Super clean. Would definitely stay again.

I worked at the hotel in high school, back when Lombardi’s was Christie’s, and I greatly enjoyed my stay for the most part - the service at Lombardi’s was exquisite. But I have to say, the younger members of the front desk staff left me bewildered several times by their rudeness and complete lack of Hilton-level service. I hope they eventually learn the basics of customer service from their elder colleagues.

Unfortunately, I compared this hotel to years ago when it was the Radisson. Times have changed, and so has the hotel. For the price, I didnt expect to have "hair" in the tub and sink. The bed pillowcases were covered in what seemed to be dog hair or a very hair individual. There were waterspots on the ceiling and the wall itself have water damage. No breakfast included which is also a bummer. I usually prefer Hiltons but this was living up to the name.
