Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed at this property and was a little disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the access code was changed at the last minute, causing a significant delay with our check-in. This was incredibly frustrating after a long journey.Communication with the property manager was nearly impossible. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't get a hold of anyone. This lack of responsiveness added to our frustration. Upon entering the property, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell of wet dog, which was quite off-putting.Additionally, the place was not well-stocked with coffee. There were only five coffee pods provided, which was insufficient for 3 people over two days. We inquired on the type of coffee maker the unit provided; we were going to bring our own, but we reassured there would be plenty available to us in the unit. The dishwasher was another major issue. It was not secure and tipped over while loading, almost causing the dishes to break. This was a safety hazard that should have been addressed.The condition of the property was also disappointing. The walls were damaged with scuff marks, giving the place a neglected feel. Lastly, the beach was much further than described, which was a letdown as we had chosen this property for its proximity to the beach.Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations for the price we paid
