"We were warmly welcomed by Ute who showed us around the apartment. It is a good size and well equipped, the highlight being the covered terrace with lovely sea view where we enjoyed many meals. We were a little surprised that access is down 25 stone steps from where the car is parked on the road above - this could be a problem for some and should be mentioned. The only oven is the microwave which is now a little dated. Overall however we enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. "

"Really good value for money room was good size with a nice balcony looking over gardens to the sea. Very clean, nice linen ,good walk in shower , fridge and safe. Breakfast was included, and was better than expected, buffet style with good selection of hot and cold choices , plenty to eat. Pool was closed as we were there in October although it was pretty hot and we saw no sign of the bar/snack bar but there was plenty in the town so no matter. Well located 10 mins from the old town and 10 to 15 mins to the beach All in all a good value choice for a couple of nights "

"We had a fab time at the villa (group of 5), great outside pool and bbq area where we spent nearly all our time. The hot tub was lush to watch the stars at night after a meal and drink on the terrace. check in and out was very easy, the kitchen was well equipped, air con worked well in the rooms (except 1 which didnt have a unit but it joined another room). and the place was very tidy. would defiantly stay again."

"Lovely apartment at the top of the hill overlooking Almuñécar! Top points: electric gate to the four-apartment/flat complex. There is one pool for the four apartments, which is nice and clean. Private patio with an amazing view of the village and the Mediterranean Sea. Walkable to beach and village for meals, shopping, grocery store, etc. Well-appointed kitchenette. Air conditioning in each room works well. Electric blinds are fantastic for keeping the flat cooler while out of the flat. The automatic awning is a nice touch as well. Both showers have excellent water pressure. The flat was very clean. The Internet worked well! We never watched TV so I can't comment on it. The washing machine worked well and was easy to hang outside on the built-in clothes rack (it dries quickly in this climate)—overall, it was a lovely stay. "
