"This beautiful mini apartment greeted us in sparkling clean condition, beautiful bedding, great shower with lots of hot water, and discount coupons for a drink next door added to our stay. The bedding was top notch, lots of pillows and extra blankets on hand created the perfect gettaway for our few days in El Puerto Santa Maria. Everything was beautiful and I would stay again if I return to the area."

"The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We arrived about 2 hours early and were checked straight in as the room was available. Staff very helpful and amenable, they put my ice pack in their freezer. Room quite basic but clean and comfortable and great value. We found the hotel to be quiet but it was not full. Ferry to Cadiz is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and the town itself was well worth the visit. "

"Amazing ambience and location, great dining and nightlife close by. The rooms are older but comfortable, beds were super comfortable. Breakfast selection was great."

"It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented. The room was clean, but offered no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee, water in the kitchen. The wi-fi and air conditioner worked well, but the climate control in the bedroom didn't work, needed a battery change. The television was ok, small. The locks on the outside and bedroom doors worked well, but were tempermental. The elevator was small and old. We both couldn't fit our luggage and us comfortably. It needs updated. I would use it again for the price, but it was amd will continue to be a second choice for me without the changes I've mentioned."
