It is a good hotel close to shops and restaurants.
The hotel has a nice buffet breakfast. The shuttle bus leaves every 5-10 minutes to the Haram. The wifi is a bit slow but still works.

Spacious rooms
Very good, the room size is extremely big and clean. The front desk was slow while checking in because they couldn't find my booking. But very good hotel and rooms if you don't care about distance to Haram, they do provide shuttle to al haram every hour, I used taxis mostly and they are not expensive.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
Everything about this hotel is bad news from the beginning: 1. Hotel staff - NO ONE speaks english. So getting help for anything is impossible. They will not try to understand or help you unless of course you speak arabic. 2. Rooms - They are very very very dirty and outdated. The hotel staff does not regularly clean the rooms. We were there for 4 days and they only cleaned the rooms once when we called them to clean. Other days it's as if hotel staff does not exist. 3. Location - The location is not walking distance from the haram even though it may look like it is from google maps. 4. Price - The room rate is WAAAY above what it should be for the location and service provided. I would not stay in one of their rooms if they gave it to me for free! **Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more and get the 5 star hotel within walking distance to haram because this hotel is definitely NOT 4 stars and definitely not worth your $$$**

Nice to stay
They should arange dinner buffet system for the rest of their guest.I had a good experience with them. But there is not any laundry system. But that was good.

VERY COMFORTABLE, AND UP TO EXPECTATION. DUE TO 24 HOURS SHUTTLE SERVICE, FELT LIKE WE ARE VERY VERY CLOSE TO HARAM. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD

Not five star as stated but ok for price we paid
Good- 1 friendly hotel staff speak English 2 - great breakfast options 3- great location and easy and convenient shuttle service to Masjid al Haram Bad- 1- NO daily room service I requested fornt desk but no one came for whole three days of stay 2- there is hot water kettle and cups but no teabags or anything else provided. 3-there is a hairdryer but no iron in the room 3- no credit card machine working for all 3 days stay so I was asked to pay cash but they manage to take me to sister hotel to use their credit card machine.

Don't expect much
Hotel is well served by public transport buses(only positive). Hotel does not have its own shuttle service. The reception staff are all young local kids who have no interest in their job or guests. Checkin felt like Saudi immigration! If you have a question the concierge is only one who may help you.

من أسوء التجارب لي مع الفنادق
سيئة جداً, حصلت على غرفة بعد طول انتظار وبعد الذهاب الى الغرفة ودخولها وجدت انها غير فارغة, وبها اشخاص مقيمين, عدت الى موظف الاستقبال وكلي غضب عن مثل هذا الخطأ, اجبني بكل برود اعصاب, لم تحدث معك مثل هذه المشكلة سابقاً؟, اعطاني غرفة ثانية في نفس الدور وقلي نعتذر عن الخطأ غير المقصور, ذهبت الى الغرفة الجديدة واذا بها ايضا مشغولة وبها اغراض , مخرجت مباشرة وعدت الى الاستقبال, تفاجىء ولم يعتذر ولم يستغرب, كما لو انها مشكلة عادية لديهم وتحصل كل يوم, اعطاني عرفة جديدة وخبرني انها ان شاء الله غير مشغولة ورح تجدها فارغة, وذهبت والحمدلله كانت فارغة. تجربة سيئة, رد فعل سيء, تعامل مع المشكلة اسوء. طبعاً المواقف غير كافية لم احصل على موقف في ايام الزيارة لا احد يقدم لك شرح ان اي شيء.....الواي فاي, المواقف, الإفطار........اذا لم تسأل بنفسك, وإن سالت تحصل على المعلومة ناقصة وبشكل سريع مع اني من المقيمين الدائمين في الفندق في كل مره ازور فيها مكة, الا ان ما وصل اليه من تدني في مستوى جودة الخدمات امر غريب جدا
