Já conhecia a casa , voltei porque é bem grande , quartos grandes .
Está precisando de uma manutenção , pintura em vários ambientes , precisando de TVs nos quartos . Manutenção na mesa de bilhar . Mas num todo a casa é muito boa .

Excelente casa e hospitalidade
Passamos 5 dias muito agradáveis na casa do Fedro, muito atencioso e Cortez, próximo à praia, supermercados, é rua dos bares e restaurantes. Tudo muito perto, Uber muito barato devido às proximidades dos principais pontos turísticos de Aracaju, excelente casa.

Bom lugar
A casa é grande, bonita, com muitos quartos, camas, banheiros, gostei da área da piscina. Localizada há poucos metros da praia. Tive problemas com o wi-fi, só funcionava na parte da piscina e era lento, dentro da casa não funcionou, apesar de ter um roteador ligado em um dos quartos, estava sem um cabo de internet nele. Muita muriçoca no inverno, e insetos em geral como barata e minhocas. Achei um pouco estranho tantas fotos da família espalhadas pela casa, cheiro de mofo nos guarda roupas, não dá pra usar. Fora isso eu recomendo essa casa, principalmente para ir com muitas pessoas.

Casa excelente, alto nível com todos os utensílios domésticos, o proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo. Minha família e eu estamos satisfeito, muito além do esperado. Casa localizada á 1 quarteirão e meio da praia, próximo a supermercado, farmácia, padaria, McDonalds entre outros bares localizados na orla. Enfim, só temos a agradecer ao proprietário Fedro que nos recebeu muitíssimo bem!

Casa muito bonita e organizada. O proprietário recebeu um dos hóspedes às 3 da manhã para entregar as chaves. A área de piscina e churrasqueira é fantástica. Só não é 5 estrelas porque a casa está precisando de uma pintura, nada que atrapalhe a estadia. A casa tinha todos os utensílios que precisamos (pratos, copos, espetos e até martelo de caranguejo).
