Pontos positivos: Hotel possui ótima localizaçao, funcionários super educados. Pontos negativos: pedi quarto com cama de casal e veio duas camas de solteiro juntas. E o ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito. Só ventilava.

Fui muito bem atendida, na chegada pelo atendente Diego, muita simpatia e carisma, dos funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Alguns contra tempos com aparelhos como tv acabo, mas nada que nao pode ser resolvido.

Simples, mas bem localizado.
O hotel tem uma localização muito boa. Quartos simples, ar condicionado bom; precisa de melhor limpeza no box do banheiro (quarto 207). Tem bom espaço na piscina e poderia ter um pequeno playground para crianças. Piscina boa, porém, não tem o bar na piscina. Também não tem o restaurante Velho Chico. Esses dois itens anunciados foram pontos positivos para eu tê-lo reservado. Me senti prejudicada.

A Limpeza e a conservação do estabelecimento deixam a desejar. Necessita, no mínimo, de uma pintura urgente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. O preço da estada é interessante.

O hotel precisa de reforma urgente. Café da manhã fraco e repetitivo. Quartos pequenos e mal conservados, preço alto pelo o pouco que oferecem. O que salva o hotel são os funcionários muito cordiais e a localização.

Escorpião no quarto. Cheiro de nafitalina. Banheiro e quarto precisando de reforma. Ar condicionado não regula. Não repuseram toalha de rosto e levaram a nossa embora. Não tinha travesseiros para nos no dia que chegamos e íamos dormir com toalhas porque todos estavam ocupados com outros hóspedes. No final conseguiram dois mas meu noivo teve que pedir varias vezes.

Não gostei. Já fui 3 vezes à aracaju e esse com certeza foi o pior hotel que fiquei. Moveis velhos, instalação elétrica exposta, espelhos descascando, não possui tomadas perto da cama nem perto da mesa, somente no corredor e banheiro. Televisão de tubo, pequena. Wi-fi não funcionava. Registro do chuveiro dava choque e a tampa caia com qualquer esbarrão. Aranhas debaixo da pia. Não possui Shampoo/condicionador. Cama de casal formada por duas camas de solteiro, tornando-se desconfortável no meio. Frigobar vazio. Cofre sem bateria.
