Right across from the main road along the ocean with all the monuments and statues to see in Aracaju. Our only complaint was entering the parking lot was awkward and turning against the flow of a one way street.

Ótimo hotel e atendimento impecável
Atendimento maravilhoso pelo time da recepção, limpeza e todos os demais funcionários. Hotel muito organizado e muito bem localizado, super proximo de um dos pontos turisticos da cidade. O hotel oferece alem do café da manhã demais refeições pagas à parte, a um preços justo e refeições bastante saborosas e em boa quantidade. Com certeza voltarei muito em breve dada a atenção que recebi de todos os funcionários. PARABÉNS.

Não consegui me hospedar. Minha reserva feita com antecedência não foi encontrada. No chekin havia inúmeras pessoas e somente 02 atendentes, número insuficiente para a quantidade de pessoas a serem atendidas no momento, aproximadamente ás 16 horas. A resposta obtida quando pedi ao atendente se a reserva estava confirmada, foi a de que deveria aguardar o atendimento de todas as pessoas para que eu pudesse obter essa resposta. Só queria apenas uma resposta se havia a reserva ou não. Resultado, teria que aguardar o atendimento de aprimadamente 50 pessoas para obter uma resposta simples. Se estava reservado ou não. Atendimento da recepção pelo rapaz de forma deselegante e desrespeitosa. Depois retornei aproximadamente as 18 horas e fui informado que a reserva tinha sido confirmada. No entanto, após desintendimentos resolvi com a minha esposa não nos hospedamos no Hotel. Solicito a reembolso da estadia paga. Fiz até um vídeo da situação.
